Review Time
UPD 28/2/2024:Sent the money a day after I published my review, which is nice, but should never have taken so long. BTW they used one of the methods I had suggested earlier to eventually pay me. The manager I spoke to also apologized.After a few months of studying in Sweden I traded in my guitar through gear4music.se. I filled out a contract that asked me for my bank details including IBAN. They got my instrument, but now they are saying that in order to get my money, I need to have a Swedish bank account in my name. This fact is not stated anywhere in the trade-in T&C, moreover, they don't even use IBAN in Sweden, and the form I filled in at the beginning asked for an IBAN number. Now I have been exchanging emails with them for a few months and all they are saying is "We can't transfer your money to you, let us know if you need help with anything else". So basically they stole my guitar. I would avoid dealing with this dishonest company in the future.
The product was delivered fast and in great shape. I got the new launched 529 8 string model. I wasn't expecting such quality for such price. I had only looked up some reviews on the older model(Subzero) and none of the problems that were mentioned were present on the new model. Obviously it's not perfectly set up right out the box but it's all things that can be fixed(truss rod adjustment, leveling the frets, nut slot adjustments). The only main concern i have is the delivery date, which it was way too quick! I had set up a schedule to receive the package but it was delivered one day early. Luckily I was home by then so there were no issues but it's one thing to keep in mind.
