Review Time
Very poor customer service. I had made my order on Feb 10, and it showed that estimated delivery was within two days (naive me). As soon as I paid, I got an email saying your order has been dispatched. It has been over a week, the order is nowhere. The tracking site shows the order has not left the warehouse in Germany (I stay in the Netherlands). I call the customer support, wait for like 10-15 mins to get someone to answer my call (mostly no one does) and all they say is the order seems alright to us and we have created an alert etc, it should arrive within next 2 days. I have heard this same speech twice now and the tracker still shows order yet to be dispatched. Such unprofessional and scam-like behaviour is unacceptable. It should not be an issue to convey correct estimated delivery date, even if not on the site, at least when the customer is calling you to ask where is their order.
Insane delay and poor communication. I am very sad that I even have to write this review because I have used this site a few times in the past with much smaller orders and had no problems. While I understand that there is a pandemic going on at the moment so delays are expected to be had, I feel let down as a customer because what was initially a couple of days delay is quickly turning into a couple of weeks.To add insult to injury on emailing the provided email all I have gotten is an automated response telling me they will get back to me in 48 hours. SPOILER ALERT no one got back to me. I have had to call on two occasions to follow up on what is actually going on, but only get vague answers. If I would have know that this was going to be the outcome I was have not ordered at all. I am believer of customer loyalty and is why I chose to use Gear4Music unfortunately the feeling is clearly not mutual since no one could be bothered to respond to an email or to pick up a phone with an update or an apology.Lesson learned.

There was no problem placing the order.Clear communication about the delivery time and when it arrives, it was packed and nothing was damaged.My daughter has begun her piano lessons and we are happy with the instrument and headphones.Thanks!
You obviously can’t beat the price on this guitar. Real wood, one piece neck, so great value. Out of the box, however, needs serious work to be playable and in tune. Since each string can be adjusted individually, it can be done. If you take the time, you have a winner for this money.
