One star solid. Incredibly poor fit on two completely different products. The overall quality is also not great. Fabric is not high quality, image rendering is mediocre. Not mad, just won't buy from again.By the way, delivery is a complete crap-shoot with this place. Don't do anything if you're in a hurry.

Ordered Elvis pajamas and a sailing Hawaii shirt. Pd for both . Only got the pajamas. Haven't gotten a response back at all. Said it was shipped together with the same tracking number. Only had 1 package. Need that shirt.

THE WORSTThe site was advertising Halloween at the time i ordered. I ordered an in stock item and paid for express shipping so i would be sure to get my product. 14 days later it hasn't even shipped. They refuse to refund my money - deceptive practices and they dont care at all. Stole my money

Rip off or scam, I can't decide. I paid extra for shipping, but the order has been months delayed and I did not get my order in time. They refused to refund me despite my reaching out several times. I am very disappointed in this company.

Never received my item and no refund

Ordered a sweatshirt well in advance of Halloween, over three weeks. The Thursday before the weekend of Halloween parties it hadn't even been shipped. No refund policy and no attempt to resolve any issue. Don't throw your money away.

i ordered something Oct 13th (yes im awear that i was cutting it close but that was ok cause i was gonna wear the item anyway) after 10 BUSINESS days, which they are more then happy to put in big bold letters like we are all Karens, asking for a tracking number. almost 4 days later i FINALLY get a tracking numnber. DHL only got even the notification that it needs to get something on NOV 3RD (doing the math its 15 BUSINESS days from order not counting the 13rd out of being nice). when asked if i could get something back for the fact that we are already past the max shipment/producing time but all i got was "whoops we had a over load of ordering and our wearhouse lost power" ..... which is convenient i would say... i could get something from Wish faster then these people it seems. from the other reviews im seeing they have no condolences or ways to better their issues...... how do i laugh at a responce... its LITERALLY a copy/paste of what they sent me... showing they dont ever read anything

HORRIBLE COMPANY! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!0 starsOrdered on Oct 11thThey just sent that it shipped on Nov 6. Almost a month to process an order. I tried yo cancel the order way before it shipped and got robot responses from multiple emails i sent.Customer service is horrible. COMPLETELY UNNACCEPTABLE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. I ordered this shirt for a halloween costume in 2022 not next halloween a year later, i doubt it shows up at all.
