I would suggest everyone read the refund page before purchasing from this scam artist website. Basically, the garment I purchased was a poor fit, the neckline was way too loose, the shoulders were way too big, and it looked really stupid when I tried it on. The item description states," Designed and constructed for the fit and comfort of the American body" Not everyone has an "American Body". I bought a medium, but it seems like parts of this garment are medium, some are extra-large. It's a total mismatch of sizes. When I contacted their customer service, I got much the same result as most others on here. They asked for photographic proof. I have sent them an email back and I am still waiting for whatever excuse they come up with to not send me a refund. I would never buy from this company again. I feel I got robbed and their customer service is indeed a load of old rubbish. If I could give negative stars I would.
I need a bunch of minus stars to rate this lying cheating company. Their photo and text promised a gold, sparkly dress. What I received was a piece of junk with no sparkle or shape, and they would not allow me to return it, offered me a ridiculously low rebate.
Updating my review.There was a mistake at the post office. It was sent in 2 packages not one. Anyway so now i have my 2 sweaters. Very happy and will buy again. It is just not that warm, but that is ok, coz during winter i anyway wear a warmer tshirt under always.Sent Nov 8, received Dec 19, so order your christmas sweaters earlier.
Awful scam company.No response, requested my order to be cancelled within the time frame and still no reply. They have no motivation to contact anyone or send items I fear and will try to get away with theft. A quick report to Actionfraud I feel is in order
I placed an order on Nov 30. I emailed about adding to the order (buying more). No response. I then emailed asking about shipping. No response. I emailed multiple times again asking about shipping and delays. No response. There have been 5-6 emails with no responses over several weeks. There is no customer service. I’ve asked for a refund but likely will get no response and will need to chase it up with the bank as this looks like a fraudulent business.
I'm more than willing to update my review if/when this transaction is complete, but as of this moment I am very unhappy. Placed an order on 11/30, and the money immediately cleared my bank. No issue. Received an email on December 5 that the order shipped, complete with tracking number. Good. Logged in later that day just to see when the item was estimated to be delivered. A message was returned that the tracking number was not found, and to give it 6~12 additional hours for the information to be input. That's fine. Busy season. It is now December 10. The same message continues to pop up whenever I enter the tracking number. There is no customer service telephone number for Gearhumans, nor do they have a chat option. I have now sent two emails asking for an update on my order, neither of which has been returned. Terrible Customer Service. Unacceptable. Terrible business practice. Will never order from this company again.
