I had been looking forward to receiving a long-sleeve t-shirt (Washington) ... but after 5 weeks I still don't have the shirt! It says it made it from China to New York, but then it dropped off the face of the Earth. I checked with Client Service a couple of times, and the best they could do was counsel patience. I'm running out of that...
I ordered a $60+ sweatshirt as a christmas gift, and upon opening it, it was MUCH larger than expected. I requested a return, and the response I got was that they don't accept returns for incorrect size, which was not advertised before my purchase. Now I'm stuck with a huge sweatshirt and I'm still out my $60. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
They did not deliver my Christmas sweater till 2 weeks after Christmas. Customer service responds by email 4-6 days after writing. No one answers the customer service line (+1 775-979-5857 check it out yourself). I can't get them to return the item that is no longer relevant. it is a nightmareThese people are the original Grinch's of Christmas. DO NOT REWARD THIS INCOMPETENT BUSINESS BY USING THEM, YOU HAVE A LARGE CHANCE OF LOOSING YOUR MONEY.
I ordered a Napoleon sweatshirt for my daughter on 12/17. It is nowhere to be found. Tracking says it's in China since 12/29. Customer service told me it shipped 12/26 but tracking said it was 12/29. When I asked for help, the only answer I got was to "expand my patience".
SCAM ALERT!I ordered $148 worth of product on 11/22/2019. Today is 1/12/2020. Product never received. The number you call never answers. I have traded e-mails with Gearhuman numerous times. They tell me to be patient. How do you take a winning product and turn it in to crap? Ask Gearhuman. This is a scam! PLEASE don’t order from this scamming, money grubbing, low-down, dirty thief of a company. Hope the dollars you stole bring you nothing but misery!
I ordered 2 items from Gearhuman. 1 a Dude hoodie and a Japanese Bomber Jacket because my Son who is Autistic loves Japanese Culture. I received the Dude Hoodie but never the Japanese Bomber Jacket. It took almost a month to get the Hoodie. I've tried to contact the company through email and phone. No one ever responds all you get is a recording saying that they are busy BS. Again my Autistic Son is very disappointed and I was excited about giving him this gift but obviously your company is very unorganized and incompetent. It's a shame because it looks like you have the potential to be great if you can get your act together.
I ordered hoodie 12/10 thinking that would be adequate time for Christmas delivery. I could not have been more wrong. Tracked it today (1/7) and it is still in china most likely waiting for a container to fill for ocean shipment. If it is still waiting on a dock in china, it will not arrive on our shores for ~30-40 days after departure. I don't like china crap and no where on order does it say country of origin is china. It was nice I got an email on 12/20 saying "Your order is on the way"BS unless you call moving to a dock in china to wait for an ocean going carrier 'on the way'Gearhumans, YOU SUCK!!!0 stars is more appropriate
I ordered a christmas sweater from the site. I ordered it December 1st and received it December 31, just in time for all of my Christmas parties. I was willing to pay for Express shipping, but that was not an option. Also, the "sweater" is made of a polyester mix, but just feels like 1970's polyester. The medium I ordered is too big for my large husband. The company would not do a return/refund because they said it wasn't fault on their end. Any other site would do a return if a customer was 100% unhappy with an item.
