Ordered my Christmas jumper on December…

Ordered my Christmas jumper on December 1st. It arrived on December 28th. Obviously didn't have any more feedback than "it's coming soon be patient" and they refused to reimburse me when I asked for it 3 times from December 15th. Shameful ! PS: the jumper that finally arrived is very bad quality.

DO NOT ORDER FROM GEARHUMAN

Do not order from Gearhuman, do not support them. It takes 2 to 3 months to get your order. This is all China made crap from a company located in China, but lie about their location to scam people. After I realized I probably ordered sweatshop crap, I tried to cancel my order, but they would not cancel it, so I waited 2 months until it finally showed up at my place. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, DO NOT SUPPORT COMPANIES LIKE THIS.

Zero Customer Service

I anticipated the delivery would be longer than promised. Not 1st time I ordered from a China sweatshop with bad ratings. I expected the size to be too small so went big. I didn't, however, expect to get a different product than ordered. Zero customer service. I wish I could find these cool clothes designs elsewhere.

Never got my product

Never got my product. They shipped it late and I tried to cancel since they passed the limit time to send the product but they refused. The product never arrived, and still they refuse to reimburse me. Everything comes from China, takes forever and it’s not reliable. For pricy products I thought it would be better

Can I give zero stars?

Can I give zero stars? This company thrives on poorly worded product descriptions and hidden details shipping policies. They have a zero order cancellation or return policy. It's a scam company, nothing better describes them. I wanted to direct business to a smaller company, but that failed miserably. My Christmas sweater turned out to be a sweatshirt, and it arrived 5 days after Christmas.

They are lacking in customer service. Takes a long time to receive product and they do not have an exchange/refund policy. Will never order from them again.

very wrong experience

ok i should have come earlier on this page to see opinions. I ordered on 29th of november a sweat but still nothing today one month later. I wanted to have it on christmas.very bad experience or good if you like to waste money.
