This is a borderline scam. I purchased a t-shirt off of their website and when it was received it was the complete wrong color and not as pictured. I asked for a replacement item to which they agreed. Fast forward 3 weeks later the item still has not shipped and I just received a refund to my account that was less than the purchase amount. I am currently trying to track down the missing refund amount from gearhuman.

This is a horrible company. The clothing item I bought was VERY deceptively marketed. The item is just smooth polyester and all the detail that appears to show in the marketing pictures is just an image printed on the shirt. This same shirt has been sold for decades as a knit shirt with other 3D details inherent in the construction—one of the marketing pictures even shows a closeup of what looks like knit weave—but in the case of Gearhumans' product that weave proved to be only an actually somewhat blurry image printed on flat polyester. AND, critically, it is sold for exactly the same price that decent quality versions have been sold at for decades, AND shown on Gearhumans' site to be a 50% sale at that price. Very low, greedy, heartless people at this company. Ordered November 27, 2025; received December 15, 2025.
I had the worst shopping experience ever with this website. I ordered a 3XL t-shirt as a gift, and the item arrived absurdly oversized and completely unwearable — despite following their size chart exactly.I contacted them multiple times requesting a refund, but they kept ignoring my request and sending the same copy-paste responses, refusing to take any responsibility, as if the customer is always at fault.Even after clearly stating that the product was unsatisfactory and unusable, they eventually stopped responding altogether.This isn’t just poor customer service — it’s complete disregard for customers. I’m leaving this review to warn others: do not shop here. There’s no transparency, no professionalism, and absolutely no respect for the customer. I will never purchase from them again, and I strongly advise others to avoid this company.
Excellent customer service! Received my item with a flaw. Contacted customer service, sent a photo. Things happen! The representative immediately processed a replacement. New Item arrived in perfect shape. Thank you so much for being a reliable seller.
I ordered an Assassin's Creed hoodie for my son's Christmas December 9th. No shipping time estimates and no response from emails I sent to customer service. They do not make it clear that you won't receive ypur order in a timely manner and they do not communicate. I had to get a provisional credit refund from my bank to cover for Gearhumans poor service.
My $350 order never arrived. After 6 weeks, I contacted them asking for a refund. They offered me a replacement shipment instead. I was a bit slow to respond, but when I did, they offered me a 40% discount because they "no longer had the shipping number." Do not trust them.
Ordered one item and watched my inbox for when it will ship and I waited and waited...Turns out it comes straight from China and therefore don't expect your items to be delivered in a timely manner like any other retailer. My advise stir away from this company and the look alike. (I had ordered something for Halloween and I will be lucky to get it for Thanksgiving!)
