Review Time
A bad website that makes it almost impossible to look up their return policy. A return policy that requires you to cancel your order in less than half a day in order to hope to even get some sort of refund (and is almost impossible to find). Even having the order assembled took weeks and shipping took even longer.Of the clothes that arrived one as a complete misprint and all of them, despite being labelled as such, were the wrong size. When I was finally able to reach customer service they said the pieces of clothing were within their acceptable size 'range' which was so large it encompassed multiple sizes.The material is of absolute abysmal quality.This company should not be trusted in any way shape or form. A total scam. Please do not order from them.
I would give this no stars if I could, this company is a scam, ordered within the timeframe of what they recommended for Halloween orders and as the arrival date approached, I started tracking the order and found out my order is still being processed weeks later, along with that I checked my bank statement and it said I placed donation to another company, I recommend that no one order from this company.
I had order a backpack in July for my grandson's first day of school, it is now August and school starts in two days and still have not received the backpack. I went to the website to contact the company about my order and all they have available is a chat feature that told me they are unable to find my order or my email. I sent them a picture of my order conformation and then they replied that they are out of the office and would contact me back.........still no reply back.
Sadly didn't read reviews first. Ordered and made the mistake to pay extra for quicker shipping. Days later and it still hasn't shipped or even been told anything to do with my order. Emailed to just to try to get info, but you will be ignored. Thinking it's some kids pretending to run a shop, because there is zero chance it's a professional company based on all the reviews and personal experience
Terrible fit and quality. The print is blurry and the material is incredibly cheap. Overseas delivery was fast, but it was sent to me in something akin to a garbage bag (and no other postal material). I never received an order confirmation, and no return information (or receipt for that matter) was included in the package. I'll never buy from then again, and I urge you to not buy from them as well.
I ordered a hoody because the design looked pretty clever and something I hadn't seen before. It took one month to arrive. The material is VERY thin and I am worried it will tear easily. For $50.00 I expected more, ALOT more. I will not order from this company again.
My new GearHumans merch is awesome!! I ordered the Optimus Prime & Bumblebee sweatshirts on 2/15/24 and they arrived on my doorstep in California on 3/4/24. Fastest shipping I've seen yet! I ordered both shirts in 3XL and it seems like they run a little large - close to 4X - which is perfectly fine with me. The material quality is good and the printed designs look very clean and well done. They're not crooked or faded or blurry. Crisp & clean. I had read all the reviews on here before I ordered and decided to take a chance that they would be here on time for the event I was planning on. The thing I noticed about the reviews the most is that they were late to arrive past the dates people were hoping to use them as costume. I watched the YouTube review and saw that the quality of material and print was good so I decided to order. I'm very pleased I did. I recommend giving them a 60 day leeway before the event you are hoping to use these for. Just so you have some cushion. Very pleased and will definitely order again from GearHumans!
UPDATE: I received the new shipment and it arrived in great condition--just what my daughter wanted! I'm upgrading my review to 5 stars.So far, I'm impressed with their customer service - the post office destroyed my order when it arrived instead of delivering it, on the basis that the address on the package was 'illegible.' I didn't find this out right away; I had to call the post office repeatedly until I finally got an answer. Even though it was now well over a month since the order was made, I still asked Gearhumans via email if they would send a replacement and they immediately responded and said they would! I'll update my review when the replacement package arrives.
Should’ve read the reviews first. Got my sweater for a trip and paid extra for 5-7 day shipping. 14 days later it arrived the day I leave for my trip. I’m just glad I received it otherwise it’s a nice material and I can’t wait to wear it
