1) made purchase first time2) 2 days later , received mail about apologise that they canceled order after payment gotten.3) even i proved, that they made the refund to wrong cardholder name, they dont mind it and keep saying they did right. Giglio has many bad compliments recently . They just added one more .
I ordered a £250 coat and the order hasn't been delivered. It's been over 2 months now!! I am shocked at Giglio, how can they do this??!! It has been returned to the sender (ie Giglio) and they still haven't refunded my my money. They are such a disappointment.
