Good afternoon. I ordered boots from Giglio as a gift for my friend for the New Year. The boots arrived at my address, I noticed that the box was scratched and a little dented, but I didn’t complain, since everything inside the boots was perfect. I sent them to a friend as a gift.After which it turned out that they were completely inappropriate in size and too wide at the shins. My friend was forced to send them back to me. I issued a refund and... I sent them in the same packaging and in the same form that they came to me. After which, I received a message with a complete refusal to return! Because the box is scratched - even though it was already scratched when they sent it to me!!! And they said to pick up the parcel with boots at their branch in Palermo at their own expense, without alternatives!!! This is rudeness. That's impossible. You sent me the boots in the same box. The size is unrealistically large. I'm in Germany, which Palermo are we talking about? This is inadequate.
Worst customer service, my order was cancelled due to unavailability, they didn’t release the amount I paid, because of that it has been over 25 days and still didn’t get my money back, I contacted the customer service several times and no solution was made. I had same experience with other websites and they refunded me within 2 days, so the problem is not from my bank. Even if you were the best price in the market I would never buy from you again even with discount code you gave me.
I ordered a bag with plenty of time to arrive in the US for new years eve. When the holiday approached and I never received a notification (like they said I would) I emailed. They came back a day later and said “We didn’t ship your order because your billing and shipping address aren’t the same. Please answer a myriad of questions on this unsecured email chain to verify those are your addresses.” Absolutely not. I have a feeling that I’m going to have to involve the bank unfortunately. Because they may be prompt on trustpilot, but they will grab your money, not ship your order, and then question you only AFTER you reach out. Sketchy because this is all contrary to the shipping policy. Unfortunately I still want the bag, but I cannot stand not being kept advised of my order when I try a new company. I still have not been refunded after responding to their email. This was order 1521462.
