Bad bad badOne of the badest website I have been dealing with them Take money two times Orders very delay Laying I orders two orders .. first the order delay more than 20 days .. the refund money for me by mistake.. they told me pay for us if you want to receive the order .. I paid and the bank take charge .. then still my order not shipped .. now 25 days I didn’t receive the order and they take money twice .. I advise all people not to deal with this website

Worst retailer I have dealt with

Ok so replying to Giglios response. They said they wanted a second chance to earn my trust - I gave that to them when I asked them to honour the lowest price that was originally offered to me out of the three orders I placed . They wouldn’t. I asked for a courtesy credit refund for the last jacket that I ordered that is on its way to me. They wouldn’t honour that either so that’s why I will be refusing the delivery - I might keep it if they do something for me on the order that is currently on its way - BRUTAL I have NEVER been treated this way by a retailer . ….So adding latest - placed 3 additional orders for this jacket after the incorrect on was shipped - first two of three they said they couldn’t fill but yet the website let me order it - I don’t think they wanted to fill the advertised sale price - the last order I placed - they wouldn’t honour the discount for signing up to the email list that they offered - they did offer 10% but come on - that was for the debockle of my experience - I expected to get the 20 off as well that I never received for downloading the app- I actually expected them to honour the price from my original order which they did not - Worst retailer I have dealt with. They are not a customer focused organization. Took forever to get the jacket. It was stuck in customs for days and they expected me to sort it out. Finally got the jacket and it was the incorrect Jacket. I had go through quite the effort to return it. Order a replacement and it took days for them to get back to me only to tell me that the jacket was actually not available - I really think they did it want to fufill the sale price - Inhave blacklisted them

Giglio cancelled my order unilaterally

I have ordered 2 pairs of shoes on 02.12.2025 at Giglio. A week later, there was an automatic notification from the platform that there is a delay and the order has not been shipped yet. Meantime, next day (09.12), they have issued my reserved funds for the order, which means that they cancelled my order unilaterally. No prior notification, no emailing, describing the situation and asking my confirmation to cancel the order or offering me to wait - NOTHING. This is something that I have never met anywhere else. This behaviour of Giglio leaves a buyer in full uncertainty and wastes buyers' time.

Not recommended at all

Bought a jacket on Dec 5 for a Christmas present. After 2 weeks status “paid”, no processing no shipping, nothing! … so I asked if it was out of stock. They replied “of course not otherwise you would have got the refund in 24h, it is just in another warehouse and you will get processing info soon.” Complete silence for week. Given the terrible service I asked what had to be done to cancel it, as it was not arriving for Christmas. Then few hours later I got a message that my order was cancelled. No apologize, nothing.

Told me product wasnt in stock 3 days after ordering

Told me product wasnt in stock 3 days after ordering and then said can be upto another 2 days for a refund so a total waste of time *edit now Giglio gives some nonsense generic response saying they promptly let me know but they told me after three days making me miss all the Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales. Insincere and careless company Four days later and I dont even have a refund!

Public Complaint & Warning

I placed my order on November 28, and today, December 28, I still have no idea when it will be delivered, even though I paid in full.This order was originally meant to be a birthday gift, then it became a Christmas gift, and now… it’s just a package that never arrives.Giglio claims their guaranteed shipping time is 15 business days, but according to them, the clock only starts when the order is handed over to the carrier, not from the purchase date. So apparently, it would be completely fine if I ordered in January and they shipped in December—which is absurd.They have refused to take responsibility, offered no compensation, and still will not provide a delivery date. Meanwhile, the money has already been withdrawn from my account.⚠️ Warning to anyone considering buying from Giglio: Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I would give them 0/5 stars if I could
