Please be Aware and don’t shop from this website. They never sent my order and never gave my money back. They hardly reply to emails or pick up any calls. I lost around 1000 and got nothing. Please think before you make you order.

The worst costumer service and a lost package

I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the employees' work. I placed the order on November 27th and it was supposed to arrive within 8-9 business days! Today is December 19th, my parcel has been lost and no one from the support service is responding to my emails with questions about my parcel! I ordered a bag for my sister's birthday and because of your negligence, my sister was left without a birthday present!! No one answers me or gives me information about my package!

VERY DISAPPOINTED

I received my order very quickly and service was excellent. However, my problem arose when the product I received became faulty. I had to return faulty product which then had to be shipped to manufacturer in Italy. As a result, I have been without my product for several months now as I have to await inspection from Italian Brand. This is not acceptable customer care in 2024. I believe that I am Giglio’s customer and they should be dealing with my problem and then taking it up themselves with manufacturer.Gaia from Customer Care has replied quickly to each email I send, however, my problem has not yet been solved. I am most disappointed.

Probably my worst shopping experience…

Probably my worst shopping experience of 2023.I bought a UGG men pair of shoes, I received a UGG lady one, wrong reference code, wrong size. I have been asked to send tones of pictures when asking for a return number, just a joke !
