I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. I reached out twice over the course of a week and did not receive a satisfactory response. In my initial message, I clearly stated that I was interested in purchasing the Armani Changing bag, which was listed on Giglio for $134.15. However, when I attempted to place the order on July 28th, I encountered an issue. After adding the item to my cart, the price remained $134.15 (listed as 40% off), but I was unable to proceed with the checkout process as the website did not allow me to input my address. Every address I entered was flagged as invalid, despite being valid. all this was done while I was logged into my Giglio account. It appeared to be a technical glitch on Giglio's website. When I tried again the next day, on July 29th, I was dismayed to find that the price had increased to close to $200 (listed as 10% off). I immediately contacted customer service but did not receive a response until Friday, August 2nd. When I finally received a reply, the representative simply mentioned that my item might not be part of the promotion. However, I am certain that it was, as the price remained at $134.15 until the address issue occurred. I would like to purchase the bag at the originally advertised price of $134.15, as the problem was on Giglio's end, preventing me from purchasing during the promotion. I expect a prompt response and a resolution that aligns with the commitment in the email sent on August 3rd, which stated, "Our Customer Service will make sure all your requests are satisfied." Thank you.
My return has been received by Giglio more than a week ago. According to my account the item has been approved ( since four days) When asking the customer service about an update about the refund, the only thing that is said is that the item has been received and that they have to verify if the return is compliant. By e-mail I stress the fact that the item already has been approved. Then I hear nothing and still no refund. It is pity, until now I had a good experience with Giglio. Now I am having serious doubts about future purchases.

I AM VERY VERY UPSET! REALLY NOT NICE PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH TAKES VERY LONG TO SHIPP!!((
I placed an order on the 7th of July. 5 days later I received an email saying that the order was shipped with UPS. As per today checking the tracking they sent, the order has not even been picked up. They just created the labels and nothing else. Order should have been delivered already and in fact it has not been shipped yet. They just lied and no explanation whatsoever. So unprofessional. NEVER AGAIN
