It's an absolute great product. But like all mechanical things sometimes there is a problem. When a problem arises it's customer service that sets a company apart. Giraffe's customer service is one of the best I have ever encountered. Great products great service what more could you ask for.
Wow nearly bought from this Badly run company, good job as always I check companies reviews before purchasing glad I did lol. So sorry all you guys that had bad experience with this company but I thank you for your honest reviews. I will be purchasing elsewhere. God Bless

We bought a retractable hose which was faulty and did not retract. Customer service is abysmal. They asked for a recording of the fault, serial numbers telephone numbers, order number etc, which was sent. They replied asking for the same information they then replied giving a different address from another customer. They then started being rude & then stopped replying altogether so we are left with the original broken hose and seemingly no way to contact.I would never purchase from this company again, who are clearly failing to uphold their legal obligations to consumers.

Ordered a pressure washer and received the conformation email. Waited a week with no delivery or updates. Sent a query for an update and received a response saying that the item has been taken off the shelf and upgraded and is no longer for sale, (Although the only other model they have has less performance and quality - not an upgrade). Told me I can get a refund and order something else, no way to apply for a refund from the original order or from Nicole's email response. Left sitting in limbo wondering why they a) still have the pressure washer available to order on their website, b) had to wait for myself to chase for an update to be told they don't have the items available and c) leaving me in the dark to try to figure out how to be refunded the money.

my issue not resolved, the agent (Doris) is the worst possible customer agent ever, she made no effort in resolving my issue, she asked me irrelevant questions that was already answered to delay my refund, she ignore 90% of my emails and only answered what she wanted too. she took over a month to process my refund that she her self got approved and then still took ver a month, she tried to make it look like Christmas and new years day, but where'd the rest of 20 plus days go? she never apologised or actually took any responsibility. Now the actual products, I only used a it a few times, its still in pristine condition but stopped working, massively disappointed, no reason for it to not work, nothing hit the product or dropped or anything it just stopped working and this company could not send any engineer to fix or advice anything of any trouble shoot over email meaning this must be a known problem. the company has no telephone number there online enquire was joke and nightmare, getting just a response was a mission, this company as a whole is trash, I mean things happen, machines have issues sometime but the company the way they handle there customer is trash strongly advice DO NOT BUY FROM THE, specially if they have Doris working fort them.
