Very bad and pathetic services. Items stolen from the cation. They collect cartons from your residence promising that it won't be opened again and after taking it to their warehouse they open the cartons and remove expensive items from it. No response when you enquire with them as if they don't care. Very bad attitude. Never use their service. They don't answer calls or revert to your WhatsApp messages.
We had sent a box of cloths from Bangalore to Melbourne. Australia in the second half of Feb 2025. A Global India Express employee has packed our clothes in a card board box and then had sealed the box with a wide tape. When the box reached the destination, we found that one brand new jacket (priced at about 5000 INR) is missing.When complained to the company in the first week of March, there was no concrete help on the issue; only the lip service. Their response to our email reminders was always like “Dear Customer, We are still working with counterparts. Please wait.”. They simply passed days without any resolution.Inadvertently they let us know that the dimensions of the box had changed at destination. Which means the complete box was opened and the cloths were transferred into another box.We asked for the weight of the box when it was delivered. There was no response to this query. A truly professional company would have shared the sticker on the box at the time of delivery.They claim they’re ISO 9001 compliant. But when we checked, we didn’t find them listed at the iafcertsearch, a website which lists all the ISO 9001 compliant companies.We therefore think this is not a company which you should trust with. Don’t send your stuff with them anywhere. You will likely lose at least some of it.
Fraudsters the lot of them. No ethics and no clarity on shipment status. Promised delivery from Bangalore to New Zealand in 10 days, has been over 15 days today and still no news of the package. If you want peace of mind, please avoid these buggers. They don't even have the basic courtesy to respond to their customers and their customer support is clueless. All the below reviews are fake. Roushan Sinha does not respond to calls. Nagarajan does not even know how to speak to customers. The worst and most Pathetic service!!!
