GIEPL is a very trustworthy courier for international consignments out of India. I have been using them for parcels to the US and have found their pricing is very competitive and the customer service is excellent. I will continue to use them in future too.
I have booked a parcel from Bangalore to UK and have received it in good condition. It was professionally packed and delivered. Though it took little more time (due to long weekend I guess) but Mr Nagarajan have supported all my queries on time.Thank you so much. i have used global india express to send a courier from delhi to italy. the courier arrives in two weeks without paying any additional custom duty. Global india express gives me better price then other. staff was very helpful specialy Alpana help me alot they packed the courier very well i have received in a very good condition without any damage. next time i will used global express
I have booked courier through Global india express on 2nd July from bangalore to germany. I have told it will take 10-15 days max but i received package after 25 days, damaged items , spoilt !! i reported to customer care however, they dont bother to respond after booking courier spontaneously. Even after month now, they have not processed my claim for damages, excuse they give is they exclude weekends from delivery dates, well if courier is in transit it will not stop on weekends! this courier service is way too expensive for service they provide having used others, its mistake to choose them!! i have used other courier service which are far reliable in terms of packaging and delivery time , but Global express is horrible , better to stay away from these frauds.
Its a Fraud Company, DO NOT USE THEM!We had packed our shipment in a proper hard box and had organised all items in it properly. Their Head office people randomly packed everything due to which all our Indian dry masala packages were broken and spread across clothes and other valuable items. Upon raising a compliant they kept saying that they have raised a complaint with DHL UK and will soon update us. It's been more than 3 months now but no update after chasing them several times. The package value was about Rs 20,000 which was all destroyed due to their stupid staffs carelessness. Ashok Mishra, Pramod Kumar, Roushan Sinha these are fraudsters associated with this company. Do not use them if you want your items to reach abroad safely.
We contacted nagarajan for a quick courier service from Bangalore to Dubai and he sent a person for packing and weighing the items. Goraknath was very professional in packing amd providing answers to all your queries. Their service is very good and I will recommend their service for anyone who needs quick courier delivery from one country to another.
