3 simple meals/snack ordered, 50 minute wait after staff being asked twice why reason for delay, burger arrived and was cremated and unedible, very poor and won't be back.

Dog Bite & CCTV

Ladies & Gentlemen. I was bitten by a Belgian Malinois dog in the canal side seating area at The Stanley Ferry pub in Wakefield. The owners of the dog ran off and there is NO CCTV covering that seating area. I have been in touch with Greene King and in conversation with Mark Frankland ( Business Development Manager ). Mark F is refusing to have CCTV installed to cover that specific area. During the spring and summer that specific area is as busy as it gets with families, kids and dogs. So it's rather obvious that Mark F has a disgusting & blatant disrespect & desregard for their customers welfare, safety & security. He's only interested in profit margins. Watch this space Mark F & see what i do this coming spring. You'll be losing far more income from the loss of customers than the relatively cheap cost of installing a camera to cover said area. Oh, i'm also going to be going above your head.

The Ship- Terrible food

The Ship, Saltburn. Ordered some nachos for a snack, costed £9.19 and was some cold crisps with a bit of grated cheese and a few jalapenos, no effort put in what so ever. Blatant money grab no effort to add any value for money.

Hoop and Toy, Knightsbridge: Sunday 20th August 23, Busy West London, called in with wife and friend for an evening meal. Patiently waiting my turn, enquired before my order if Blue Light Card accepted. Yes but only if you have Phone App, no wifi signal so declined even though I produced my valid card and proof of registration. Spoilt an otherwise mediocre visit. Sorry, Not be returning. Managers discretion ?. Me thinks sharp practice.

EWE & LAMB, DUNSTABLE- went there for a meal on Saturday evening and the food was not good. Pie was dry and broccoli hard on 2 dishes, the chicken on another meal was burnt and tough and then the Lasagna was also burnt. We ate what we could and gave feedback to the waitress about what was wrong and she said that she would get the manager to come and speak to us but he never did. Always had a fair/good meal there in the past but must be going downhill as the place was empty for 7pm on a Saturday night (so no excuse to cook in a rush), maybe we are the last to know! Have lost a regular customer.

Catherine’s inn Weston super mate Turnt up to a booking was told couldn’t order for 40 mins and there was also over a hour wait for food very poorly managed only 1 person on the bar Think the management structure needs looking at a lot of people walking away with a lot of empty tables
