I visit the three elms and the Oystercatcher quite regularly . Both pubs have good food and you never have to wait too long , the staff are great in both pubs . My only gripe is that Greene king don't maintain there properties . The toilet in the Oystercatcher has had a badly rusted radiator and no ventilation due to the fan being faulty for over a year. As there is no window there is a stale unpleasant smell . The annoying thing is that it's not an expensive job but would make for a better experience . The other pub I mentioned is even more neglected the 2 outside arae have rotten decking and inadequate shelter , the toilets stink and the decor is really neglected . The staff and customers deserve better.
Winter stream farm Bristol. Went for a carvery.. Absolute shambles. 2 behind bar taking orders for food and drink, approx 30min wait! Food very average and had to get back in the half hour queue to get the ice cream for the kids meal. It's a disgrace. The staff overworked so badly. Greene King you need to get more staff. I won't be going again
This company is the worst company in the world. I’d rather have a meal with the conservatives than go near a Greene king place. Their policy which put babies at risk or starves them is inhumane. They refuse to allow you to heat milk for a baby. Insane.
Green King Tudor Arms watford- Great Pub. First thing I got to say was how hard the Assistant manager worked. He was like MR BEN in the kids cartoon I use to watch in the 80's. One minute at the bar next minute clearing tables and serving. 5 stars for him. Great job Sir.Meal was fantastic too.Great Pie and mash with drinks. No complaints. Lovely pub. Well set out.Really enjoyed it. Will definitely be going back. 5 STARS 🌟
We have stayed overnight and eaten at numerous Greene king pubs/hotels. Recently visiting The Kings Head at Wimborne, and The Bell at Shottery.Staff in my experience are so friendly and professional, you know with the GK brand, the food is always going to be hot and tasty.GK, It’s not the cheapest around, but the pubs we have visited and stayed at are old world and well looked after by GK.
Excellent service,wonderful food,fantastic value for money. Everything spotlessly clean. Food came out hot and beautifully presented. Can't fault anything. Will definitely be returning, regularly.
Had breakfast Saturday morning, got excellent service and had a good steak and eggs, to make it complete they also had good coffee RESULT. The waitress also had a smile on her face which you don't always get. Sure I will be back next Saturday.
