Liars!!Advised I’d accidentally put the wrong delivery address and gave them the new address. Was informed that they had updated and “not to worry”.Was told that they had changed it When it came to dispatch, I double checked.They hadn’t changed it atall,even though I had told them almost a week before it was sent what the correct address was.Emailed them about this and have had no reply.A terrible company with no care for customer service and zero after sale service.AVOID
Genuine. Excellent website with great choice. Perfect size chart. Easy ordering. Delivery takes a little over 7 days but safe and secure delivery. Always kept updated on order status by email or by signing up to check yourself. They also have live chat during the week. Very competitive pricing. Highly recommended. I’ve had quite a few orders from them with no issues. Never had to return anything. They do accept returns if items don’t fit etc but obviously the customer would pay the return postage, unless items are faulty or defective, which I think is only fair. If everybody sent things back and expected postage to be paid by the company, they’d be out of business.
It was the first time i shopped with GSworkwear.I have put an order on the 21st of December and it arrived before Christmas! As it was a present for my partner he too-was very happy with the gift and with the quality of the product.I would strongly recommend GSWorkwear.P.S. I have researched the product before buying and what GSWorkWear had - was the best on the market IMHO
