Review Time
I read the reviews prior to ordering and I was a bit sceptical but considering they had all the things I wanted and they were all considerably cheaper then other options, I decided to go for it. To give you a timeframe, I placed my order on Tuesday the 3rd, and nothing happend all week on the shop app, it just said order placed. Then on Monday the 9th, I got a message to say the order had been shipped with a royal mail tracking number but It didn't work until Wednesday morning of the 11th saying it was at the Bristol MC, It looked like it was stuck there not moving any further north, and I checked the tracking again Thurs 12th, and it was out for delivery to my house. It looks they possibly send all orders made the previous week on a Monday and Tuesday. Overall I am very happy with my order and would use GSworkwear again.
Avoid at all costs !!Placed an order on the 4/10/23 for 4 jackets £222.56 with this company to be delivered by Royal Mail Tracked. After waiting 12 days I had not been contacted and I had not received the items, to be told the parcel was supposedly delivered on the 05/10 and received by myself at the door at 11.20am. I expressed that I was not even home at that time so this is false and has not happened. By the way this was not Royal Mail but DPD. So after numerous emails back and forth GS Workwear has decided that I am to be the loser of my hard earned money, because they had sent my goods out for delivery the cheapest way possible, with DPD not Royal Mail as stated on the invoice, with not even a signature on delivery needed, and as far as they are concerned there is nothing they can do so it is my lose. Disgusted is a understatement.
Avoid using these go to a reputable company that will deliver your products on timeI placed an order for boots which they stated would be delivered in 3 days after a week I contacted them to see where my order was They responded that they were having issues but said they would still be able to fulfill my order Yet again I have still no delivery date and when contacted by phone was met with hostility when asked for an immediate refund They were quick enough to take the money before they processed the order??????
So I ordered a work jacket and saw that some bad reviews. So I worried a little dropped them an email and got a response within a few hours saying not to worry everything was in had and my jacket would be dispatched soon then later that same day another email arrived saying it had been dispatched then another with tracking information and 11am the next day a knock on the door it’s Saturday and boom the HH jacket arrived 10/10 for customer service and satisfaction.
Ordered online as said jacket in stock. Two days later email received saying "Don't worry we have not forgotten about you, we are just processing your order"No further contact from them and cannot call and online chat never works. Can only contact them by online form so there is no audit trail of you contacting them.Submitted online form for full refund and no response however as only means of contacting them. Will take up with my credit card company and get my money back.
