Great experience! I placed my order on Saturday and it arrived by Friday. Everything was delivered on time, and the customer service team was very helpful and easy to contact. Highly recommended
So far so goodish. Arrived in a fair amount of time. Nice quality, however sizing off. Size medium T-shirt more on the large side and size medium hoodie too small.Returning for exchange has been quick and easy to return. Waiting to see how the exchange goes???
Excellent service. I received the item on time, however unfortunately it had a manufacturing issue (no fault of GS workwear). I made contact with them, got a response quickly and they have since arranged for a replacement to be sent. All hassle free. Outstanding customer service. Thanks again
Took forever to arrive and then when I returned it to exchange the size, I was informed it would take 2-3 days to check the item before issuing a replacement! Waited a total of 15 days from initial order and the replacement never arrived.
Worst company ever. •They sent me some shirts that were way too small, to be the correct size.•For the first few days you could only check your order by downloading a sketchy app and making an account.•The shirts were thin and poor quality.•When I wanted to exchange them, that wasn’t an option, suddenly it was a clearance item. •You have to pay them to send them back or if you choose your own courier, you still have to print a return slip, in order to send it back.•It’s such an inconvenient sketchy company.Very terrible experience. Should be 0 stars. Please avoid.
I was somewhat concerned when I read the reviews after placing an order, but all was good. I placed the order on Monday and received a dispatch email on the Friday (with tracking info) and the order subsequently arrived on the following Monday. I ordered a couple of different styles of t shirt for my son for PE and they are very nice quality at a great price. Time will tell how they wash or if they fade in the sun but I suspect they will be better than the official school uniform.
I placed my order on the 7th of Jan and recieved it on the 16th Jan. They had forgotten about my order and I have only recieved it because I chased it up. I ordered warm outdoor clothing for my husband he needed them urgently he works in the cold. I got a refund for some items as they were damaged so they didnt send me my whole order .AVOID
Ordered a pair of gloves 5th of January, emailed a week and a half later to cancel as I’d bought something from somewhere else as they had taken so long. Instead of cancelling the order they shipped that item. Won’t be using them again
