Don't waste your time with this companyI bought a jacket off them one month ago,for 5 days later the zip to fail.I sent the product back and was told I would be sent a replacement out.Then to be later told the replacement they where sending to me has failed there quality checks and I would not be getting another jacket.Even though there's stock online on there siteSo after one month,I'm back to square one,with no jacket for winter.
Obvious cashflow issues because have no advertised stock.Took payment for orderWaited 5 working days before emailing them Was told by them "5-7 working days should be allowed"Working day 8 I am told that they have no stock and that it is at a sister warehouse ?? On day 8 asked them to give a lead time or refund.. no lead time provided. Day 9 refunded because PayPal were going to intervene... seriously affected my chain supply. I went to this company after another rubbish workwear company let me down. Avoid - if you want what your order.
I ordered a JCB hoodie on Wednesday 29/11/23 and received it on Monday 04/12/23. It’s a great hoodie and at a good price compared to lots of other places selling the same hoodie a lot dearer. I received email confirmation of my order at the time of purchase and I also received an email 2 days later stating that my order was on its way. It was sent by Royal Mail and a tracking number was provided so I could keep an eye on it. Thank you very much GS Workwear, it’s much appreciated 😃👍🏻
No problems at all, my order was with me 16 days from placing the order and this was only due to the fact that the boots I ordered were out of stock, but they got them for me. Customer service communication was excellent, (thank you Lottie C) and the pricing was cheaper than other stockists. I would buy from GSWorkwear again and i would recommend them.
I'm on the heavier side, so I wear extra large clothes. However, I forgot coats are given sizes including length of arms etc, not just waist. I ordered the wrong size, it was clearly my fault, as they have the size chart on their website. I was expecting an issue, but they sent a replacement with no squabble, no extra charge and they didn't even point out it was my fault lol.The Coat was a high-quality Haley Hanson, £40 cheaper on their website than others.I will shop again.
Don't know what has happened here. The jacket I ordered said 5-7 days. Ordered on 30th October and it still hasn't been despatched. I will update my review if it ever arrives.Update, my order arrived 2 weeks after placing it. It was as described so I changed my review from 1 to 3 stars. Ok, if you don't mind waiting.
