Never heard of this company before found them on Google and placed a order online for uneek classic polo's and zip up hoodies. My order was sent out quite quick I did have a problem with a wrong polo but this was quickly sorted and the correct one posted I've used the uneek brand for a over 5 years now as they are a good fit and true to the size and wear well for the price I will be using gs workwear again when needed I recommend this company
I ordered some waterproof Coveralls. After a week of not hearing anything I read the reviews on Trust Pilot and started to think the worst. However, I contacted them by email straight away and they were very responsive and polite. Within the next 2 days I had a Royal Mail tracking number and then 2 days later, today, my item arrived, which seems to be very good quality.I think we have all become accustomed to goods arriving within days and because there are so many scams out there, we become very suspicious when they don't. Personally I had no issue with this company, you might just have to be a bit patient and wait 7-10 days for your order.
I ordered a pair of boots and one boot was faulty? It was impossible to get one boot on over my ankle and when I measured one boot was obviously smaller around the ankle than the other! I returned the boots which cost me £3.95, whilst I did receive a refund they refused to refund my postage cost….use Amazon awful customer service
Product received as described. We’re a bit hesitant to order in this site due to other people worrying experience. We ordered as we also read other people positive experiences. From our experience, we’re happy with the product (Henley Hansen Gail Jacket and Trousers) and delivery is right on specified time. Thank you.
I ordered several items from GS Workwear around 11 days ago with an expected delivery timeframe of 3-5 days.I Contacted them on the 5th day as I had not heard anything from them regarding my delivery and I give them their due, they responded with a few hours to say that they were expecting to dispatch soon.It was at this point I done a google search for reviews (Something I would normally do before placing an order) and when I read them on here I must alarm bells were ringing.I Contacted them again the Following week and They responded quickly again to say the stock had been sent to the wrong warehouse and at this point I really thought I had been turned over, However they did say that they expected to dispatch my items that day and would be upgraded to 24hr delivery service.The following afternoon sure enough the items arrived.They are exactly as described and of great quality and were by far the cheapest I could find them on the net after spending hours looking.Had it of not been for the delay then I would of given them 5 stars for the items, it was just the lack of initial communication and me having to make contact first that I took away a star, had they communicated first that they were experiencing a delay then I would of been fine with the delay.
Sadly this was an extremely disappointing experience. Ordered 3 pieces of garden equipment and the website informed me the items would arrive in 3-4 days. On the 4th business day I called them to ask where my delivery was. They informed me that they had been waiting on one piece from the ware house but it was arriving that evening. Once it arrived they would send it out and it would arrive in 1 to 2 days. I expressed my sincere disappointment and after much back and forth the call handler said he would upgrade the delivery to next day free of charge. The next day came and went and no delivery. 3 business days later I called again, their phone line was closed even though it was only 4:30pm and their website says 5pm. The next day I called again and the call handler told me that one piece was still awaited from the warehouse and it might be another 6-7 days but he could split the order. Neither call handlers seemed to really care. I asked for a refund and the call handler again said he could split the order for me. I said no, just give me the refund. To be fair, he did issue the refund without further argument but this has cost me 2 weeks now. I tried not to order from the big one but now I am back where I started and have ordered from the big one but will receive my items 2 week later than I wanted (as at least they deliver). Avoid.
Was very skeptical of them when I saw some of the poor reviews on here after I placed my order. I'm happy to report I had nothing to worry about! I was informed when my order was dispatched, was able to track my order and it arrived exactly when the order said it would. My son really wanted a particular brand of wellies and every where else was super expensive compared to GS Workwear, my son is now extremely happy that he has them! Thank you GS Workwear.
