I had a service request which was an offline shopping, I opened a ticket in their discord server, a few hours later a customer support agent answered my question in a way that made me have more questions, no details nothing, 3 mins after their reply I asked my questions and I got ignored, few days later the ticket is still open and still being ignored, if this is how they treat new customers what about their current customers? thankfully I didn't get the chance to use their services.

If you don’t want the hassle of navigating Korean websites and don’t mind paying extra fees and taxes this service might seem convenient. However be aware that your order can be cancelled at any time even after you’ve placed it.This is particularly frustrating when it comes to exclusive merchandise which often becomes impossible to obtain elsewhere except through resellers. Because of this risk I would recommend using the service with caution.
I would not recommend buying anything from Harumio. Here is my experience with them. I ordered some merchandise from them as a Christmas gift. This order was placed on November 1st and is expected to arrive in time, considering it wasn't a pre-sale item. Processing time takes 5-10 days and shipping 10-15 days so that should be sent to me with time to spare. Well it had said "ready to ship" on there website for almost 2 weeks and it past the 15 day processing mark, so I email them (keep in mind they don't have number to call) in my email I kindly ask them when my order is going to ship. I am met with an AI sounding response, saying I'll get an email confirmation when my order ships. I'm like okay whatever, I wait a few more days and email again.. same ai sounding response. I wait again now its the first week of December and no update no shipping confirmation, I email a long response I ask to just get refunded if my order isn't going to get shipped soon, and finally I get a human sounding response and my order is shipped the next day. Shipping is supposed to be 10-15 days I shipped just in time where it should arrive on or by Christmas eve which is cutting it close but sure. Anyway the shipment didn't clear customs and I had to wait days to receive a refund. This was a waste of my time and their customer service is terrible.
good, but bad. the good is that the items come packed well and they have lots of variety, and i guess the ship time isnt too long. the bad, the customer service is at times horrible, i was ignored for almost two weeks once until i messaged them again TWICE and they were then backhanded and bland, and the combine shipping service is a scam. they told me when you combine shipping it refunds the entire shipping price you paid for your second item, it doesnt, it refunds the *difference* in shipping, which for me was £5, and they didnt say this at all. whats the point in combining at all?? when i ask customer service about how my discounted shipping price suddenly vanished, they kept changing the subject and dancing around the matter to avoid answering it, because the truth is they upcharge shipping to profit and dont want you getting discounts. if you ask two questions, they only answer the one you sent latest, so you have to then keep asking, and they take forever to respond sometimes even though theyre online and had just answered you. furthermore, they had certain items listed for a day, took them off, then weeks later after saying it wont be back online, they listed it again for double the price. they said they were restocking other items on a certain date, even put it in the product description, then never actually restocked and said they had no plans to, yet its still in the description. they also have no bad reviews on their site because they dont allow them to be posted and instead email the person who gave the review. one more thing, because i have to rant, why do they charge twice the price of shipping for certain things when theyre both available? i put two items in my cart to get discounted shipping, one regular and one add on (they TELL you thats how you get discounts) instead its charging me twice the usual price for 2 different shipments despite both items being in stock.
Long awaiting time, but all the rest is good! Everything arrived as it should, pouch for one item was damaged in a way that was not caused by shipping - but its fault of someone not opening the pouch to check the damage (ripped foil element). All items apart from pouch arrived in excellent state!
Bought multiple sets of random figures. One came broken. Asked for a replacement or a refund for just that one. They said no (: it's a random figure so I can't just buy a replacement myself and even if I could they refused to compensate for the broken item. The shipping also took like 6 months, (2 months after the item was already in stock) (: horrible customer service. They ask you to return the whole set if you want a refund and you have to pay the $40 shipping cost to get your $80 refund. Joke of a company.
Tried their marketplace service, checked orderstatus and all 4 items were said to be out of stock(despite STILL being available to buy on the website). Support said nothing until I enquired and were unhelpful when I suggested solutions like getting a refund and combining with another order to not lose out on shipping, then straight up stopped replying.They upcharge products/shipping, make you wait months for items and very much do not care for customers at all—if you wonder how they only have 5 star reviews on their site, any negative views on their own website aren’t published.
Hit or miss with them. I have ordered from them a handful of times. While I received my package, I did got a product that came damage from shipment. I didn’t want to bother since it will end up being more expensive than what it already and accepted the flaw.Some of their items have shipping included without worries, but there’s no disclosure how true the shipping amount really is…other small items are add ons so you can or may still end up paying more for calculated shipping… My friend also wants to input their small take on cancellation fee from their experience. It’s understandable since harumio secure it, but it’s not a complete lost when it’s a hot and sought merchandise. The cancellation should be more fair especially for a high demand product that will be sold out. They think it’s greedy of harumio
