Ordered my special design cap . Then read some reviews I thought I've just done my cash. Sure the cap didn't turn up in the quoted time but it's coming from overseas so what do you expect. Got my cap it's fantastic, better than all expectations. Would definitely recommend and buy again .Great tracking, great customer service.

They aren't located in Australia for one, and 2, the customer service sucks. Package arrived crushed and product was very poor quality. They said to send it back at my own cost and put the price no higher than 1aud. Confusing and dodgy as. Won't be shopping again. EDIT - I didn't return the hat because you expected me to return at my own cost and risk. So I accepted your 10% refund without no other choice really. So it Doesn't mean I was happy with the customer service or the hat. The hat is clearly inferior and I showed the photo proof comparing the quality to my other 9forty hats.

I was emailed about my design being too detailed and the support person suggested printing on the design. After I emailed back asking if I could simplify the design Henriette then came back with a simplified design and asked if that would work. It looked great and I was more than happy to move forward. I've had a previous product made by Hatstore and couldn't have been happier so I'm extremely hopeful for the same results for this one.
