I have phoned three times to try to order a replacement three button key for my Peugeot Expert van.No one ever answers the parts department phone and it goes to answerphone requesting to leave a message.Having left message and being advised that someone will phone me back - no one ever phones back.Phoned Truscotts Peugeot in Launceston and they have sorted the matter first time.
Picked up my Hyundai i10 today, want to say a big thank you to Simon Bryant, he has been so helpful through out the process. Most unexpected, we went to the ground floor to a room where my car was ready and waiting, I thought this was a lovely touch. I would highly recommend Hawkins motors.
When selling a car to you they aren’t too bad, a typical motor sales company really! The reason I have given a one star rating is the aftercare is abysmal!! I’ve tried to get support with various queries, sent multiple emails to them and just get ignored! Don’t expect any aftercare from Hawkins Motors!!
I received excellent service from Jon and Kai at Hawkins Nissan, Blackwater. I wanted to trade in my Qashqai for one of the newer models with automatic transmission. Jon and Kai are knowledgeable and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. I am a return customer as Jon had sold my previous car to me three years ago. I would have no hesitation in recommending Nissan at Blackwater. They provide great service and there's peace of mind knowing that you and your car will be well looked after.
I dont even want to rate one star. basically my Hyundai i800 developed a ad blue service fault which would not clear. I booked car in for this to be looked at and service told me that the works would require a new piece of exhaust,a particulate filter and a NOX sensor. All in £4300+. I told them unpolitely to do one.I purchase a NOX sensor for 135 and fitted within an hour. Re set codes and all good.What a rip off and this was not the only time,last year they wanted over 1000 for brakes! I will never go back there.
Visited the MG dealership at blackwater and spoke with Evie about a used mg5ev. She was super friendly and made the whole car shopping experience pleasant and easy. We had a nice long test drive and are very impressed with the car. The only thing stopping us from buying it there and then was we need to sell our car first.
Visited the Hyundai dealership in St Austell today and spoke to Jason. He was absolutely brilliant. He has a warm, laid back attitude and was really helpful and knowledgeable, with a great sense of humour too. We were offered a test drive with a relaxed and trusting approach and no pressure to buy the car. The best experience we've had when looking at a new car. We felt very comfortable and were delighted by the customer service we received especially as my husband is disabled and it was refreshing for him to be spoken to so openly with cheerful banter and respect. Bravo Jason!
Picked our new car up from St Stephens yesterday. Steve Gee was our contact, and what a nice chap. Made buying the car a joy. He showed us around the car and all the controls. Even made my good lady a coffee. Would absolutely recommend, excellent service and a personal touch.
I've just collected my car from St Austell Branch with Justin whos always very helpful to me as I'im a widow also thanks to Mike, he's very helpful too, like their receptionish, she's lovely - and I wouldn't go any where else.I recommend this Branch to anyone.Their like my friends now - if you want a good deal try them!Thanks lads! ....
