I left my van for MOT in 26 January and ceking issue why is losing antifreezin liquid. After 2 months my van is still in Hawkins motors Hayle .is failed MOT with emissions high is the same issues which Hawkins motors should to fixed last year .I check with Hawkins by 2 times last is year emissions and after 3 months MOT is failed.i tell to ceking EGR to be make sure connection between emissions and losing antifreezin liquid but no is ceking same cylinder and I see is probably is don't know what is should to be done I try to take the van back tu putting in diferente garage to repair but is start to blackmail to let my van with some parts an fixed to pay over £800 for check cylinder with not approved by me is lot of money for nothing with my van an fixed with out diagnostics. 1 months and half with out communication or different lines .

Annual service - Blackwater Hawkins, Citroen

I took my car in for an annual service, the service was very thorough and superior, however my reason for compliment is to give my thanks and gratitude specifically to Lucy in Citroen Blackwater; Lucy truly went above and beyond for me and my baby, the weather was shocking (typical Cornish weather), upon collection, Lucy exchanged my belongings from courtesy car to my own vehicle, putting my isofix base back into the car and bringing my car right up to the entrance of the showroom to prevent both myself and my baby from getting wet, not only is Lucy selfless and a true advocate for her customers, she is friendly, welcoming and kind, Lucy has been and is a genuine rare gem, Citroen’s customers are extremely fortunate to experience the wonderful customer service Lucy provides. I really hope Lucy manages to read this purely so she knows that I really appreciated every single act of kindness she had shown to me on my visit, thank you so much. As usual, my experience with Citroen, especially Hawkins in Blackwater has been an absolute pleasure.

Very hard to get through on the phone to the St Stephen branch service centre. When a message is left calls are rarely returned. Very frustrating.

So far so good

So far so good. My wife bought a nearly new Kia Sportage through Sydnee at Indian Queens. The whole process was very smooth, including transferring her personal plate. The car was immaculate when collected, handover was very professional, and Sydnee was a pleasure to deal with. Hopefully things will continue in this vane.

Since my last review regarding Hawkins…

Since my last review regarding Hawkins motors they never bothered to reply and I still had to foot the bill for repairs on the car. I even emailed the owner to ask for help to which he ignored. My qashqai is now BACK IN THE GARAGE a further £700 needing to be spent on another Turbo. Luckily this time we managed to catch it before it blew the engine. Yet Hawkins will not take responsibility that they sold me a shotty car. A car that first cost £8499 has now totalled to nearly £11000. My advice is to stay away DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THEM ESPECIALLY DOWN AT THE FALMOUTH SHOP.
