Francisca at Hawkins Hayle, dealt with the exchange of my motability Kia Picanto . Everything was fine, from sorting my personal number-plates to dealing with Cwll. Council disabled parking exemptoin permit. Although it's the same make and model as before, it's more modern and when i drove away it felt comfortable as if I'd been driving it forever. So I'm more than happy -- thank you !
Visited Hyundi Hawkins in St Austel as my car failed its,MOT ans was advised ro go to Main dealer for repair needed.Went same day.Staff all.friendly helpful.and went out of their way with customer service.Booked me in for work for two days,later.On the day repair done in an hour.Will always use Hawkins Hyundi.St Austel now for all.work required on my car.
Cant praise Sharon enough .bought our first Kia no hassle very simple and quick.no pressure at all.everything was well explained.and she makes a lovely coffee.😂also had a nice curtesy call a few days after.highly recommend buying from Hawkins Hayle.Linda & Terry.😊
March 2025 Bought my first Kia, an EV3 from Sharon Opie at Hayle. No sales pressure just friendly encouragement providing useful information about the car when asked. A very positive pain-free sales experience. Sharon would be a first class instructor at car sales-person training school. No hassle and good after sales support despite a significant hitch in the first weeks of ownership. No excuses, just friendly support from Sharon and the after sales team. All the staff at Kia Hayle have so far been exemplary, courteous and considerate. For this, at times, grumpy old man dealing with a local family business has been an admirable demonstration of how to look after customers even when things aren't straight forward. Thank you.
