Item took over a month to arrive. No human to speak to just AI assistant. I was surprised to receive the item eventually but very late. Item works fine. Not satisfied with lack of customer service. Has left a bitter taste in my mouth dealing with the company.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This is a scam site. They don't sell sound healing equipment. They have ai generated their poxy website and their whole customer service. Constant delay tactics and lies when you enquire about your order and nothing ever comes. DO NOT GO NEAR THEIR SITE.EDIT: Yes i have posted multiple reviews but this company are still a scam. Also I placed multiple orders, none of which I got, so it's only fair I leave one for each order. They dont have any sounds healing equipment to sell. There is no way I will cancel a bank dispute on their advise so they can get away with keeping my money. The laughable things is they are not transparent. the whole thing is built on a lie and if they actually did something with integrity there wouldn't be any need for anyone to leave negative reviews of their honest experience with these SCAMMERS. If you still order from them after reading the one star reviews, good luck to you. You'll need it.

great sound healing equipment ❤️

I received my sound healing equipment. It was delayed but everything is in order now. I ordered a some tuning forks and an ocean drum which is amazing. Should have bought a stand holder for them.I might order again in few months when I’ll have the money for a gong.

This is a scam. 8-12 working days for delivery. 1 month later I still don’t have the item. They re assure you email after email, but never actually do anything and they don’t refund your money.
