Do not use. They do not send orders.

I ordered items over 2 months ago. Still not arrived. Won't refund me, won't respond to emails. Going to speak to credit card company and report as scammers. UpdateIt's august and still not arrived. Ordered in Jan. HS3203 is the order number. I want a refund not the item. So now you've asked for this info when will I get my refund if you're a legitimate company.

Company does not communicate if order issues arise

I ordered 3 hand held crystal bowls; $900. Communication was excellent while I was in process of ordering. When I received the order and unpacked items, I discovered that I received wrong sizes and the crystal bowls were NOT labeled; Besides wrong sizes, I have no clue whether I received the correct HERTZ or Lettered bowl. I tried multiple times to contact this company via phone and email. Zero Response. I am willing to change my review IF I receive some form of communication to get this order resolved. But in this moment I am frustrated, disappointed and advise you all to order at your own risk.

Do Not Order From Healing Sounds

My turn: I ordered koshi chimes and a tuning fork set January 29 and Feb 1, respectively, on credit card and have not gotten the items from Healing Sounds. I saw the trust pilot reviews for this so called business after I ordered. My bad. My credit card company has been informed and so has the federal trade commission. With all the crap going on in the world today, it is sickening to see living human trash taking advantage of common people. Interestingly, the company address is UK, but the phone number on website is in Indiana, USA. No one ever picks up, but you get the British accent on the "leave a message" recording and their instagram posts are from an account based in France.Dear Emma at Healing Sounds sends lots of emails in the beginning to keep you satisfied but reality sets in after she sends you a tracking email (my items were supposedly dropped with a Chinese? shipping company on 2/11/25). Today is 3/5/25 and it has not moved out to shipment status yet.If you think you've been scammed by any business, you can report it/fraud to the Federal Trade Commission/Edit: I wrote a one-star review and tried to post it on Healing-Sounds website today (3/6/25) and it does not post with all of the other product reviews already posted. I now assume all of those reviews are therefore "fake" reviews put up by the fraudsters personally.

Shipment not delivered - Payment not returned

In January 2025 I placed an order. The shipment was not delivered to me because Healing-Sounds made a mistake in my address. The shipment returned back. I tried to reach out and ask about sending the shipment to the correct address. This was ignored. Then I asked to return the payment (made through Klarna). They confirmed that they will do a refund, but actually no refund has been received until now. NOT recommend!

Right stuff, incomplete order, long shipment time [Update: received apology free item]

Original review still listed below:]I received the correct tuning for sets that I ordered (18 pc Tuning Fork set for Chakra & Solfeggio Frequencies $339.90 US), but I did not receive the green activator nor the black walnut tuning fork holder that I ordered. And, my order was placed Jan 26 and did not arrive until March 16. From the tracking history, it appears my order got to the US about March 11. On Feb 6, I received an email saying my order would soon be on my doorstep, however the tracking showed it had never shipped; so I inquired. They said they would check. On Feb 10, I inquired again, and on Feb 11 I was assured my order was on the way. On Feb 12, I received an apology and assurance that my order was "just hours away." On March 16, I received 4 emails updating my shipment tracking, and the package arrived. I noticed 2 items were missing from my order, so I inquired on March 17, and a reply assured my inquiry would be referred to logistics. I inquired again on March 24 and April 10. I don't know if they sent the green activator and black walnut tuning fork holder or not yet, and I guess I won't know for at least another month or so to see if it shows up. Honestly, I would have put 4 if not 5 stars if my order had shown up with everything that I had paid for. I'm just a beginner and hobbyist in sound therapy and it didn't bother me that it took so long to arrive, since the prices were lower than most vendors. I think if this company is less misleading about shipment times and increases order accuracy, it would be okay. I feel like since they're not responding about the missing pieces in my order, they just don't want to deal with me anymore. I would have been a repeat customer if they had made it right, since I don't mind the shipping time. Their loss.Because they left me hanging, I can't recommend this company, which is so sad given that their prices were so competitive.UPDATE: I received an apology by email from Healing-Sounds and they informed me while they no longer carry the activator and walnut holder in inventory, they wanted to know if there was another item I might be interested in for no charge so they can try to make things right. I chose the "Crystal & Onyx Massage Handles for Tuning Forks, 3 Pack" to suggest as an item of interest I would love to receive. I received an email invoice for the item for $0.00 and then received the set in the mail on 5 SEP 2025. A scam business wouldn't be reaching out like that, so just consider that they did eventually follow up and try to offer some sort of compensation. If you need your items in a hurry, this is not the right place for you. But if you can be patient, you'll get your items eventually!

Take your business elsewhere

As other reviewers have noted, this site appears to be a business with dubious, at best, fraudulent, at worst, practices. I placed my order with them 3 weeks ago and there's yet no indication of shipment. When I reached out for an update about a week ago, I received a vaguely worded "assurance" my order is in process, but still no actual shipment here a week later.

Awful delivery times/communication

Ordered crystal bowls on 18/01/25 was advised would arrive in 7-12 business days. I contacted them numerous times as it was still showing as waiting to ship received generic apology emails with no real update, requested a refund and was ignored. I then disputed the transaction with my bank and the items were shipped the next day. The parcel was then delivered with courier requesting £70.00 customs fees to be paid( this is in their terms) I contacted them and they advised if I paid fees they would reimburse due to long wait, I was not happy with this and so kept dispute open and updated bank, a few days later I received a message saying they had paid custom fees and parcel was delivered 06/03/25 where I contacted the bank to cancel disputed payment, I then received more emails regarding the Dispute as I assume it wasn’t available to them immediately. After waiting almost 2 months the most contact I had from them was regarding this. The bowls themselves are great as is the packaging. I wouldn’t use this company again, communication is awful and they clearly are not able to commit to timescales provided on their website.

Terrible scam company ! Do not buy from them you will not receive the items ans there even dispute it with your bank ! Absolutely lies after lies fake generated emails.

The merchandise

The merchandise, once it arrived six weeks after my order, is great, exactly what I hoped for. But I received no updates on delivery for the first month, despite trying 4 or 5 times to contacts them through the website options. I did finally get a response after threatening to dispute the charge, and it shipped the next day. So, in short, very good product, terrible communication and service.
