Product arrived. Damaged and in same crappy packaging from china. Crusty and all old with pieces of foam that looks like it would give me cancer just by touching it. This company just drop ships from china. If you need anything, I have a contact that can get it for you for 1/3 of the price this company sells it for. Don't buy from them!!!! I have already contacted customs, DOFT and my logistics contact to help burn these guys.
I ordered my tuning forks 2nd April Now 10th July and the tracking number has expired. No answers from my emails.I thought they could be trusted as based in America. Dont waste your money as nothing has arrived . Update Sept 25 Finally offered a refund after the poor trust pilot review but no refund arrived into my account.A further reply saying money went into my account but my bank confirms it didnt.
No Response After Payment – 100% a ScamI placed an order on July 8th, 2025, through healing-sounds.com and transferred €255.64 (approximately $275 USD) via bank transfer, as instructed on the website. I received an order confirmation and a tracking code via 17track, but no further communication or updates followed.Despite multiple emails to their contact email address, I have received no replies. Sadly I only found out about the negative reviews after checking Trustpilot after i bought.The company name listed was VENACIA GROUP LLC, with a US address in Sheridan, WY,At this point, I have not received the product I paid for, nor any help or refund. I feel I’ve been misled and i now for sure i am scammed. Be very cautious before ordering from this website.Update 12 august 2025I did got my order, and they finely responded on my emails (after i got it). The products look fine and i am happy with them, not sure if i would order again because of de late answers on the mail.
I ordered my items from the website around mid-Feb. Despite the delayed delivery (by 3 weeks), having to pay £80 for duties, taxes, and custom fees, AND the item arriving in two separate packages… I can say that I actually received my crystal singing bowl set which seems like a miracle based on the reviews on here.However, one of my bowls had a chip. I asked for a replacement or refund and “Emma” (basically an AI bot) said that this would be addressed asap. It’s now Jul — and my issue still hasn’t been resolved. No email response, no acknowledgment, the number on the website doesn’t work, absolutely nothing. All in all, an unpleasant experience and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone!UPDATE: It’s now 8th August, someone from Healing Sounds has responded to my review and assured me that they’ve located my email and would respond shortly… I’m still waiting! What was the point of even replying if you’re not going to deal with it and put things right. Appalling… and decided to amend to 1 star. Would give minus if I could.
I placed an order on Dec 23/24. While I love the tuning forks, not all of my order arrived. While they initially replied quickly, they requested (over a series of emails) pictures of the original shipping box, the pouches, and contents of all pouches. When they finally agreed that items were missed, a resolution was agreed to. Two months later, nothing had arrived. Again, I contacted them via email. I was promised a quick resolution and shipping info, which never came. That was in March, it's now mid May. I've sent dozens of emails, they are never responded to. I have no hope of ever receiving my completed order. If you give them your money, neither should you. I'd give zero stars if that were possible.
This company should not be trading!I have lost over 500 USD and have no response from the company despite several attempts to contact them. If you have been affected please contact the US fraud service. It is unfair people are being fooled by this company. I only wish I had checked out the official Trustpilot website before I placed my order. As far as I can tell, no body has received their orders on time or without any damage. I had to reorder my items from another company to ensure I could my job.
