Back in January 2025 I ordered a lyre. It arrived with cosmetic damages(pieces busted off). And when I reached out asking for either a replacement or a refund. They said they’ll send a replacement. With no tracking info, no extra responses from their help lines, and nothing else. I assumed that was that and that I got shafted. Today June 2025. The replacement has arrived . . . With the exact same cosmetic damage but now on the left rather than the right side.
Do not purchase from this company. My order never arrived after I purchased in Dec 24, and it's now May 25. They eventually stopped replying to my emails and absolutely refuse to refund or return your money as well. Terrible customer service, absolute scam.
