Upon reading the company's origin and intention, I felt good about ordering from them. And thank you for being reasonable with your cost (so many gougers these days). Ordered a beautiful crystal tuning fork. Just an FYI, it is an almost inaudible sound and can hardly be felt - I wouldn't suggest that purchase. It took a month to arrive. In fairness, it was made to order. I was patient with all of that until the fork arrived with NO CASE and the wrong striker. Their AI bot is so nice the way it speaks to you. Seems authentic and genuine AT FIRST. A bunch of empty apologies were made and their effort to amend was - oh, the crystal tuning fork doesn't meet your needs? We'll send you a metal one (even though I had expressed numerous times I have a set of metal ones already as a comparison) and you can keep the one you already have free of charge.... it isn't free if I've already paid for it! Though they were very responsive, their responses weren't always appropriate considering what had been messed up. Eventually, they offered I return the item on my dime. At that point, I was so frustrated and decided to take the loss because I would lose so much shipping it back to them.
I ordered from them 2 weeks ago. The item still hasn't shipped. I've emailed, chatted and called to try to get a status update. They haven't answered my 2 emails. They don't respond to the the "live chat." And when you call, the number seems to be out of service. I'm not sure this company even exists!
