Review Time
Tracking never updated. When I contact customer service they apologize and give canned excuses. Reading on here, it's the same 'Emma' bot. I'm so disappointed. I'm going through my CC to try to get a refund now. Ordered Feb 11/25. It's now Mar 24/25. Website looks legit, now I'm realizing that those reviews are fake :(
I submitted my order on 1/20/2025 and waited, and waited, and waited some more. Nothing happened, nothing was delivered. I sent an email for a status update in early March and that was when my order finally shipped. I received my order 7-12 days later mid-March 2025. The tracking information they initially sent was useless. Anytime you clicked on the tracking number it led you to a useless screen with no information. I don't recommend this company.
The instrument is well made. It arrived a few days late from China. It did not match my needs, so I tried to get a refund on returning the instrument. There were delays in this process, so I accepted the offer of a partial refund and kept the instrument to pass on to someone who can use it.
Absolutely love my Crystal bowls, Healing Sounds kept me updated and informed every step of the way. They arrived in perfect condition with all the packing and carry bag and two mallets for use with the bowls. They sound absolutely beautiful and will purchase the other 3 very soon.
I’m still waiting on an order I placed over a month ago I keep getting updates the logistics team is working in it but still no product. I tried to get my money back and because they keep sending communication emails the financial institution is denying a refund. I’m hoping I get my purchase as it seems some are and they are just extremely busy so we shall see I will update if I do get it.
Absolutely HILARIOUS reading the 1 star reviews of this SCAM company and then all of a sudden, they respond blast to everyone’s reviews saying how sorry they are. Lol honestly go **** yourself. I lost money in so many ways because of this SCAM company. Your pathetic apology isn’t going to get you back in the good reviews book. You should probably close up the China shop and find a new day job. SCAM.
I am still waiting for a refund from this scam company. The latest email from them says I must cancel my complaint to my credit card company in order for them to issue a refund. There needs to be better protection for consumers against such fraudulent schemes.
