I have a good experience with healing sounds, though their delivery could take awhile, but Emma respond to my queries when I sent her an email in regard to resizing of the bracelet that I purchased. I have read up reviews that some customers had a few bumps and also a bad experiences with healing sounds, but to be fair to them(healing sounds) for me, it was a pleasant one. I appreciate Emma and also the live chat on healing sounds website when I was trying to track the progress of my delivery order. They also took the efforts to update me on emails of the progress of my delivery orders too.Thank you for giving a pleasant experience.And to the others who have encountered unpleasant situations or experiences, please have faith, as they might have encountered some challenges internally, they could be down with manpower in the past for any delayed delivery issues.
My order came pretty quick and there was no cost for shipping. I work for the Head Start program and I bought two hanging crystals attached to moons for one of the classrooms in hopes it would bring healing energy to the environment.
I received the goods in good order. The delivery took a little while and I sent an email that did not get answered but apart from that everything was good.My second order was finally delivered BUT it was not what I ordered i was given one half the value very disappointing asked to send photos after that no response from them after 8 emails I have been taken for a ride.
