WORST experience in buying a product EVER! I ordered crystal bowls on the 21st of January 2025. When ordering, it stated on their website that the bowls would arrive in 7-12 business days. I contacted them numerous times after the 7-12 day period ended as it was still showing as waiting to ship. I received generic apology emails with excuse after excuse. I emailed requesting they cancel my order and issue a refund several times, as they hadn’t even begun the process of sending the order over a month after ordering. These requests were completely ignored. It was only when I raised a dispute on PayPal about a month after my purchase, that the seller then shipped my item. However only half of my order/items arrived on the 27th of February. About two weeks later I got a notification from Fed Ex saying the second half of my parcel had arrived, but couldn’t be released because £138.33 duty & customs fees was due before they’d release my parcel. I contacted Healing Sounds to dispute this. “Emma” with Healing Sounds responded to my message that once I got my items, to contact her and that she would assist me with a fair resolution. I finally received the 2nd half of my order on 31/03/25. I emailed her on the 1st of April and have yet to hear back. From start to finish, it took over 2 months to receive my complete order, I was completely ignored about cancelling my order and asking for a refund multiple times and now I’ve been ghosted about reimbursement of customs fees. THIS ENTIRE EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN AWFUL AND IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! I will NEVER use this company again and highly encourage others to AVOID buying anything from them!
A few months back, I got my third handpan from this website. I decided to wait before leaving feedback so I could properly assess how it holds up over time. It's a D Kurd scale with 10 tones, tuned to 432 Hz.The tone quality is outstanding - every pitch remains accurate even after regular playing. It has a long-lasting resonance and great clarity, with no overlapping or clashing between the notes.
I ordered from the at the beginning of February and have had nothing. Got an email saying there had been delays so gave them the benefit of the doubt. But I'm still continuing to email for updates and now getting nothing back. I will be contacting my bank tomorrow and the standards agencies, absolute SCAM.
Be warned. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. In February I ordered an Ocarina. Over a month later it still hasn't arrived. When I email them I get what must be an artificial intelligence reply that says "Thanks for reaching out". Who talks like that? It ends by saying "We raise our best wishes". That's either not very good artificial intelligence or it's someone who's rubbish at speaking English. I've contacted my credit card provider. These people ARE A SCAM. STAY AWAY!!!!
AWFUL. terrible customer service, they either don't read the e-mails or it is some sort of AI. after promising a refund for a return, a returns address was never given, just exchanged MANY pointless e-mails trying to get information. Had to open a case through my bank to get a refund. still on going.
Posting again, as I can't reply to sound healing lies. I was told to contact them again, with order number, so I could be refunded. The same bot (Emma) replied with the same bs as every other time. I will now be reporting this company and getting their website removed. They have stolen my money, items not received, absolutely no intention of refunding me. THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM. I will continue to post until no one's buys from Healing sounds and this scam website is removed. Every positive review on here is written by people associated with this scam. It's lie, after lie, after lie. Don't let these people take your money.
