My husband had to go into Health…

My husband had to go into Health partners 3 times before they made the change we required after our son finished university. They kept sending us letters saying it needed to be done even though he had already done it.

More needs to be done to tailor packages for the over 65s. The services we require are vastly different from young people and families.

Changes to ambulance cover

Not at all happy with the changes to ambulance cover. I was very disappointed to find the changes out after using this service for the first time after being a member for many years.It seems to me that advertising is now the priority rather than looking after loyal members.
