Health Partners are amazing

Health Partners are amazingly good. I have been with them for 9 years and have recommended them to family and friends. My daughter recently changed to health partners and says she wished done it years ago

Long time member

Long time member. Satisfied with existing services. Would appreciate benefits to be paid on extra claims as we have top cover with Gold Extras, but even treatments which will save the fund in the long term eg, vein treatment without surgery and hospital stays, are not covered. Illogical. Benefits for Chiro and the like need to keep pace with market prices. Staff are friendly and helpful with optical services.

Generally good but Optical not so good

Generally Health Partners is great but the optical store had turned into an upmarket Specsavers selling cheap rubbish glasses. After sales service is less than average.

Have always had satisfaction with service from Health Partners. Very good communication and response. Pleasant to deal with over the phone when seeking advice or answers. So easy to hand Membership Card to receptionists and then pay the balance and all finished. Thanks for the excellent service and good rates.
