Hello fresh? More like Hello rotten, or perhaps Hello half empty box? First box is fine, second was full of rotten veg and had some missing ingredients, third was all rotten veg and missing key ingredients. Pathetic refund offered for missing items leaving you with half the Ingredients to make a meal. Box left outside my block of flats on busy city centre street. Completely pathetic service, no resolution offered, I have cancelled and will be contacting my bank for a refund. Don’t waste your money.
Excellent quality. Hello Fresh's veggies are fresh and delicious. We do find the portions on meat-based dishes slightly small, however, if you're looking to lose weight these are perfect for you. Meals are easy to cook, quick, very tasty and convenient.
I love that I don't have to worry about 'what are we eating' and having to get everything in. It is very handy. I have had a rotten onion in one pack, but things like this happen. I would love it to be cheaper, but that's life, right?
It's a nightmare to try and cancel your subscription. The process has been made impossible and you end up in a loop with the chatbot and website. Upon (finally) getting in touch with customer service and making it very clear i want to cancel immediately, the representative went "how about with pause it for 2 months and then see how you feel." ... how about making the process as easy as signing up?
I only tried on meal so far.I like the packaging, it's simple and effective. The menu book has detachable sheets, and at least for my recipe everything is on the same side, with pictures and text.The main drawback in my opinion it's expensive, and the meals are not big, maybe not especially small, but for example 100g meat each for 10€ the portion looks too expensive.
