The delivery is reliable, the vegetables are very fresh. The recipes are always interesting and the variety is good too. I especially like the Asian influences. The fish is not bad but could be better quality. The sending of free boxes for friends drives me mad!

Using the service & products of Hello Fresh is great. All the thinking is planning has been taken care of! However, there are some improvement opportunities that would make the overall experience excellent!1) The fresh produce dont last as long as fresh produce from AH. Cooking a meal towards the end of the week, sometimes has to be done with not the freshest ingredients2) The delivery date of my package is on Saturday evenings - this not a convenient time for me, as I am mostly out and enjoying the evening with friends. Paying more to have the package delivered on another day, detracts from the value proposition3) I would love to have "better" visibility of how I am billed for the service/products, i.e., how much do I pay, when I do not order the full 4 meals per week? Do you provide a breakdown, i.e. cost per meal?
It sometimes seems that we are making the same dish every day. The list of ingredients is too repetitive, and occasionally my family does not want to eat from HF because of that. Furthermore, I believe you ought to review some of the instructions; at times, I find that they are unclear or incorrect.
