I received a card with a discount to try Hello Fresh. When I went to try, it turns out that you must pay before seeing the food you will receive... that makes no sense. You should be able to see your food before you decide if you want to order or not. What happen if I dont like the options?

I paused my membership but now a new box has been automatically ordered for me. I can't access my account to cancel it. The app and website don't link to my account. And the email link sends me to an account, but I can't manage or change anything on it. The food itself is good. But the portions are too small for me and my teenage son.
This company is a scam. I never received my order, but I was still charged for it. When I contacted customer service, I was told that my box had been donated to the food bank because the driver could not deliver it to me. I was never contacted about an issue with the delivery and never received an email with a tracking code or delivery information. When I asked for proof that my food had been donated, they were unable to provide it and never refunded me. Unfortunately, I will have to seek legal assistance with this, as the company is showing no interest in helping!
We are new to the Netherlands. Our house number is still being made. We left instructions to call as soon as they are here. Received our first delivery. Delivery driver was so rude. He had to wait 3 minutes and didn't even greet us. Just started berating me infront of other tenants for the solid 3min wait. Absolutely spoiled the experience. Not impressed!! Will not be ordering from them again.
