Always had a good experience

Overall great! Love the flexibility in delivery times, meal options and all. Also the fact that you can freeze the membership if needed. Meals are always tasty although sometimes a bit low on protein.

The recipes were creative but the service needs improvement

The recipes were creative and enjoyable, but as a vegetarian I ran into a few issues. For example, some ingredients like Grana Padano aren’t vegetarian since they’re made with animal rennet, so I wasn’t able to use them. In a couple of cases, the recipe instructions included ingredients that weren’t actually provided. One recipe even asked for honey, but since it wasn’t included, I couldn’t complete the dish as written.

Hello fresh, slightly dissapointed cuatomer

Hello fresh,First order I waited at home until after 9.00pm for the order it didn't arrive. The next day I returned home to fi d the Hello Fresh Box left on my doorstep in the summer sun. Chicken and prawns I threw away.Please do not leave boxes outside and arrange drop offs clearly.Thank you

Company delivered to the wrong adress

Company delivered to the wrong adress. That can happen but as soon as I asked customer service about this and asked if my box can be delivered another time, they ignored the question and asked 'refund or coupon???!'

Quality products, healthy and many different menus to choose, easy to cook and delicious!It’s good to try something new, very convenient for people who doesn’t have time to do grocery and get bored to create the menus to cook every day.

Poor Customer Service

I missed a delivery by just about an hour (scheduled around 9 PM, I was home by 10 PM), and reached out the very next day to try and reschedule. Unfortunately, I was told the box had already been donated and couldn’t be refunded or redelivered — despite not receiving any SMS or email with instructions or a deadline.To make matters worse, I had actually spoken to the courier and asked if they could leave the box in front of the house. They refused, citing policy — which is understandable to a point, but then the box is simply disposed of with no further option or flexibility offered. It felt like I had no real say in what happened next.What’s especially frustrating is the contrast with past experiences. There were times when HelloFresh was late with deliveries, and I waited — often without any notice. But when the situation is reversed, there’s no leeway: the customer pays, the box is gone, and that’s the end of it.On top of all this, getting help through their support system was incredibly frustrating. The chatbot failed to recognize simple requests like “connect me with a person,” and after several attempts I finally reached an agent — only to be told again that nothing could be done.I do appreciate that boxes are donated rather than wasted, but a more respectful, customer-friendly process — especially around communication and support — would make a big difference.
