They sold me a faulty item

They sold me a faulty item - CK leggings and in the closing down store would love to give me a replacement as they recognised that I was right. Then told me they would refund my money £7.50 approx but never did it. I am still waiting for this refund to be made. So unfair! I am years now not shopping anymore I will never shop from this not honest store.

Ordered Hugo body warmer tried it on didn’t like it put it straight back into original packaging with labels in tact printed off label for 5 pounds sent it back only for it to be returned week later saying no refund will be given don’t try send it back we will not accept it no explanation why no refund in perfect condition cant get through to customer service will not answer emails absolutely disgusting customer service and reading other comments they are obviously trying to rip everyone off and don’t care avoid all his stores.

Really poor company don’t care about the customer customer service was so poor took ages to reply and when they think they can’t help they stop responding and close the claim Someone called Fariza was poor on email communication and was not helpful at all not refunding my item that I did not even receive and just shut down the claim will not use this rubbish company again don’t buy

DO NOT USE unless you are certain you won't send it back. The customer service is non-existent and they want to make it as difficult as possible to make returns so you end up not bothering!!! The online portal took over a week after my order to be able to find my order number to process a return. Then I had to pay for the return and it would not accept two different bank cards. No customer service number, live chat or anything useful on their website. I ended up having to get in contact with them on twitter. Absolutely awful company.

Excellent company i highly recommend

Excellent company I purchased two Swarovski pens and phone cases these items were discounted and arrived today even though I placed my order on Thursday and paid for normal postage. The items arrived in perfect condition. I’m very impressed by this company and I highly recommend them. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Would give no stars if I could

Would give no stars if I could, dreadful company.Ordered a desk, it didn’t turn up, called customer service after being kept on hold for such a long time. They claimed they lost it on the warehouse if they could find it they would send on or refund. Not happened and no contact from customer service after being. Advice - avoid don’t use, why would you want to buy from a company who don’t supply the goods paid for and don’t issue a refund. Trading standards will be notified

Scam company

Scam company. Ordered an expensive overshirt that needs to be sent back but Frasers never sent me a email with the order number on which u need to return an item. Tried talking to the Customer Service bot a few times but kept getting cut off after 15 minutes of the chat window open while waiting to speak to someone.

I thought that the original Valentino was sold here, but they sent me a hack job. The logo is so crookedly pasted that it's embarrassing to go out.
