No Customer service from House of Fraser Online

I placed an order online and received my order.1 item doesn't fit and I want to return it. This company doesn't provide returns labels and also charges £4.99 to return. I did not know this, my own fault I guess but I went online and completed the process to have the item picked up by the courier, paid the £4.99 only after I'd made the payment to be told I needed to print a label myself. I don't own a printer. There is absolutely no way to speak to anyone the don't even have the standard chat bot to help you. So I've paid for a pick up that's coming tomorrow which I can't cancel and have no way to get a refund. I would never buy it use House of Fraser ever again. Worst online experience I've ever had

Incorrect Pricing …

I recently ordered several items from house of fraser that were received today. One of the items is priced at £109 on my order but when received the price tag attached to the item states £72 as does the packaging it was received in. It is impossible to contact the company to discuss this matter, the phone is not answered and the email is preempted questions that don’t cover this subject. I require a refund for the difference

Quality goods poor customer service.

Purchased a Barbour jacket which on arrival was too small so paid the £4.99 after starting Frasers return process on line. The Royal Mail delivery should have been 48 hours tracked but the tracking only shows accepted at the Royal Mail parcel shop no other information. Reported this to RM and Frasers and requested the money I paid be transferred back to me. Several emails later a long AI and online chat still no refund. The customer service is disgraceful and I will not be ordering goods from them again. So I will be notifying Frasers of a small claims via the court as I haven't got the time to waste. Two organisations that are rubbish Royal Mail and House of Fraser. Do not buy from HOF, or any of their online companys.

Unfortunately, I can't leave zero stars. I ordered a pair of boots and a hoodie. The boots arrived in an empty box along with a bottle of water, while the hoodie was too large. I sent the hoodie back to exchange it for a smaller size, and in the meantime, I filed a complaint regarding the missing boots. Once they received the returned hoodie, they refused to refund it, claiming that I had used it, and they would send it back to me. As for the missing boots, they said it was not their responsibility and advised me to contact third parties to recover my loss. After two months, I am still waiting to receive the hoodie back. House of Fraser is a scammer—please be aware!

Missing items

For this review:I bought 3 belts from House of Frasers, only 1 was delivered. Their Customer Service refused to accept responsibility, an absolute scam. NEVER buy from this company.

Dreadful, shameful customer care and service.

Bought tan Dune sandals…. No acknowledgment or invoice with on order number. I assumed not being sent. Out of the blue sandals arrived but still NO paperwork with an order number. Spent an incredible amount of time ‘trying’ to speak to a human being as sandals too big. TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME. Dreadful dreadful customer care and service. Shame on HOF.

I would not give any star to this scam…

I would not give any star to this scam company but unfortunately I had to pick one star in order for me to be able to write this review.My advice to you is never ever order from Frasers because they will scam you.I ordered 4 items from them around end of March 2025. After I placed the order I received an email saying one of the items will come separately from their partner called GET THE LABEL which they didn’t inform me about when I was placing the order. I received all the four items eventually but they were not suitable so I requested to return them back. At that point they said you can only return three items to Frasers directly but the fourth item I have to post to GET THE LABEL. Anyway I posted three items to Frasers and they refunded me. Then I posted the fourth item to GET THE LABEL and I have a proof that they received it on 8/4 but still to this date I didn’t receive my refund of £139.99. I raised this issue with them via chat several times with no resolution yet and they are not even bothered to understand my case. They keep sending me responses saying that they refunded me for the three items I sent back and they have no insight or bother to read the notes and understand that their partner get the label didn’t refund me for the fourth item.I lost hope so now I am going to contact my Visa card company so that they can raise it with them coz I am tired of this nonsense.

Has anyone else been threaten with…

Has anyone else been threaten with court. I did not receive my items, so asked for a refund, they refused saying they been delivered. So i did a chargeback and won. Now they saying i got ten days to pay 375. When it came to 52. Honestly worst company i ever dealt with. Well i not paying a penny as i not in the wrong. This company is

Matthew the senior advisor from sports direct UK. House of Fraser could not be more unprofessional.His service was appalling. If I could give him less than one star I would . I am surprised how he got the job in the first place .I will report him and the whole experience to trading standards.

Do not buy from House of Fraser, there is NO customer service

Brought Karrimor boots online in March. They were not worn until the wetter weather in October. After a few wears, one of the lace holders pinged off when putting boots on. This has never happened before. Contacted HOF via email as no direct number. It is over 6months and have sent over 8 emails to them. Each time, a different person asks the same questions as previous email responders. There has been NO SOLUTION to my problem, despite someone stating they will contact me personally to rectify the problem on Resolve. That was just for show, nobody has!DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HOUSE OF FRASER AS THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NOR ACCOUNTABILITY FOR INFERIOR MATERIALS.
