A shadow of it's former self back in the 80's and 90's when it was Rackhams but am happy to report still offer great service that I couldn't get elsewhere ! Ordered items and ready to collect within 2 days 10/10 will definitely look here first in future.

I ordered 4 t shirts before I read the reviews. My order arrived promptly and was correct although split into two deliveries, which never bothered me; although after ordering I did read the reviews and was thinking the rest of the order might not arrive but it did. It looks like I’ve been lucky because I had to scroll 3 pages to find a review scoring more than 1 star. I’ll probably not order again and be thankful it was okay this time
Absolute scam of a company - night and day compared to the original Frasers - Sir Hugh would be mortified at this appalling company . No proper customer service , they either don’t answer your chat or cut you off after a minute . I sent back 3 items and they only refunded me for one . They owe me over £200 and I’ve been emailing and trying to contact them for weeks to no avail. It’s a rip off company who don’t care for their customers or their reputation. I’ll never buy from them again .
I’ve never experienced such poor aftercare service from a retailer. The customer support at House of Fraser is shockingly unhelpful and clearly lacks proper training in dealing with genuine issues. They close live chats abruptly before resolving anything, leaving customers to chase them for days or even weeks with no accountability.In my case, they failed to arrange a simple collection, and when I followed up, I was met with delays, indifference, and total disregard for my time and concern. It’s absolutely disrespectful and frankly unacceptable for a brand of this size. House of Fraser desperately needs to employ staff who actually understand and care about customer service. PS. Still didn't resolve it.
I recently visited the perfume department in Fraser's in Buchanan St Glasgow and was served by a delightful girl called Megan who was absolutely fantastic! she helped me get an aftershave for my son, giving me suggestions and ideas of how to blend 2 different bottles! She gift wrapped my purchase (Versace Eau Fraiche) and gave me a few samples as well. She is a credit to your company and I couldn't have been more satisfied with the experience!!Janine Fleming
House of Fraser / Fraser Plus customer service is an absolute joke!!! No telephone number to actually speak to a person. Website chat is hard, being passed back and too for an item not yet refunded, which the cancelled due to no stock
So I ordered 4 new items. Two were good and I sent to back two items. I later found that one item was through Fraser site but was with get the label so had to send two separate parcels back at twice the return cost. I am still yet to receive both refunds and the customer service (if you can get hold of them) is shocking, I am being sent around in circles and not getting anywhere. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING THROUGH HOUSE OF FRASER is my tip.
