Dodgy Dave’s Store - keep away.

Some time back I wrote about avoiding this store in Nottingham. They refused to give a cash refund and will only offer a credit note. It was disgusting. They forced you to spend your money in the store even when there is nothing there for youNow this dodgy store is thankfully closing. I have noticed as I often walk by that it’s often empty of customers. Be careful they could be using the ruse of closure only to entice customers in to the store so you spend your money but they may have no intention of closing down. They have done something similar before.

The company is awful

The company is awful. Customer service is horrible. They do not take liability for their services. After returning my order, using prepaid return label provided by Fraser.Parcel successfully sent /submitted to courier network ( provided proof ) Courier confirmed parcel was lost in trasit.Fraser refused to refund despite being liable for this. When a merchant provided retur label they are responsible for safe transportation of goods as they have selected courier services. Courier confirmed that it is Frasers who is responsible for claims and compensation.Frasers refused to provide refund.Charge back raised with a bank and resolution was instead my favour ( with all provided evidence) Fraser shared my personal details without my consent to third party company. NBCS sent letter claiming that their customer claimed to never received goods ( false allegations). Company Frasers is going to be bankrupt very soon and seling customer details without seeking consent to civil recovery agencies in hope to gain money.Do Not Shop From This Company

Bad experience with this pathetic company, they send clothes with bird poo on it ( dont know where they store it), send a replacement with a fake voucher that dont work and misinformation , contacted customer service and found it to be really unprofessional , dealt with 5 different people and everyone had different own explanantion, they explain company policies which they mention can be changed anytime ( I believe according to customer and their order)Overall will not shop with them again.

Total scam company

Total scam company. I wish there is no star rating. I bought a shoe from them which was not my size, returned the shoe and it got missing. Courier company said I should talk to them for a refund. I spoke to them and I was told to send proof of sending back the item which I did and I never heard back from them.

I purchased two items last week one was…

I purchased two items last week one was a pair of farah chuka boots men’s size 9 I normally take size size 8 but as I have had problems with buying clothing and shoes from Frasers I e the sizes not being right so the boots arrived size 9 but I could just about get my foot in them even though I ordered one size up so again it was a wrong size to what is marked on the boots not the first time, I had to return them at my own expense, the other item was a three pack of men’s boss briefs I did not notice straight away but went to have a look at them after I came back from the post office after returning the boots so as went to open the box I noticed that it had already been opened and a pair had been taken out and looked as someone had worn them as there were a few hairs in them and stuffed back in the box and were not folded like the other two pairs I was absolutely disgusted and was so angry I just put them in the bin as I had already spent £4.99 on the return of the boots and also did not want to return them so that Frasers could not sell these disgusting worn pair with pubic hair in them to another customer , i will definitely not be shopping with this disgusting shop again!

Appalling company! Complete scam.

bought some items through the House of Frasers website. Stupidly, I assumed they were like virtually all other companies and offered a streamlined returns process. No. You have to pay the return postage costs. It’s not even a set price. You pay per package size and weight. You also can't return online purchases to a shop. But that's only the half of it. They don’t deal with returns to their ‘partner brands’. They have a list of the brands with virtually no useful info. The brand I wanted to return to just states an address and to send the parcel tracked delivery. I contacted House of Frasers to ask how I include a returns slip. That was only by the chat. Their phone lines don't work. I was told I needed to speak to 'an expert'. I asked how I do that and the next reply was 'your chat is now closed'. Now their chat is always busy. You are told to wait for an advisor. Then told that you can only wait 5 minutes and the chat will automatically be closed and you have to start the chat again. I have never experienced such appalling customer service. So I have no option to post my £60 item with a hand written note, stating who I am, my order number etc and hope that I get a refund. I also plan to contact Trading Standards and complain. Of course there isn't an Complaints option for House of Fraser. The company used to be well respected. Now it's been bought by Sports Direct and it is a total scam. Avoid at all costs!
