I was attracted by these shoes as they are light weight and seem wide fitting. I am a UK size 12. I had to send back a size 12 that was too small, and another pair in size 13 that are smaller still. Go figure! The shoes that arrived seemed a bit faded as if theyd been in the sun a long time. They seemed a bit naff for £60 in my opinion. The returns process means printing off labels, theres no QR code. The voucher codes dont seem to work for different lines. Good idea, but needs improvement.

Have loved heydude shoes but first time purchasing through the website. I used Apple Pay for payment and all seemed well however I have received no contact from heydude whatsoever since. No order confirmation, no delivery details, can’t even be sure order has been accepted as payment is still ‘pending’. Going to the website, there are no means of contact other than a telephone number whose opening hours are convenient for nobody that works normal hours. Chat function not available and not even an email address to write to. I wonder how long they plan to leave me and my money in limbo before rectifying this. I recommend anyone looking to purchase these shoes does so in a shop and steers clear from this website.
This company have an ancient ridiculous convoluted returns process that is not clearly indicated on website! Postage Returns labels including in parcel returns slips MUST BE PRINTED! They do not use the QR code facility to just take to the post office. ALL LABELS MUST BE PRINTED! Customer service suggested i travel to local library to print labels off, but they would not reimburse costs for this inconvenience! So if you do not have access to a printer be warned before you purchase!
I have been buying Dudes for over 10 years now and still have my originals, but never again.They are blatantly ripping people off: Carson Sandal Unisex costs £64.99 and Carson Sandal Unisex Sports Mode cost £59.99 yet they are the same shoe. No difference whatsoever other than marketing. Customer Services were unable to identify even one aspect where they differ, other than name, but could not. Both shoes are the same materials, design, dimensions, everything. Dishonesty cannot be tolerated. Crocs have taken a reputable and trusted brand and ruined it.
Reviews are quite mixed so we were worried. We tried Hey dude shoes in Amsterdam when travelling, we like how lightweight they are, and the chill vibes in the design. After checking online, there are some models which are on sale on UK website. So we resort to buy them online when we got home. We ordered on 11 April and the parcel arrived on 16 April. The styles are as pictured and we've got the size we wanted (we checked carefully before ordering) so no need for a return. Very comfy - we didn't wear it for long walks, but basic city walks and some countryside roads are fine. No complaints.
Lovely boot, looks good and comfortable BUT, borders on dangerous. Why sell a water repellent boot that when walking in wet weather becomes one of the worst grip shoes money can buy.So disappointed that the grips are dangerous. Stay well away if you think you are buying a winter friendly boot!! Such a shame as I love the design and look.
I keep coming back to dude shoes as I do like the product but since being bought by crocs they have gone down hill in terms of service.I placed an order today but made a mistake in the size. You cant cancel an order, or amend it, either on the site or via customer chat. The only option is to wait for them to arrive and then return them for a refund, no exchanges. All this was before the order was even processed. Ridiculous that they can't be bothered to set up a better process than this, or trust their customer service people to amend orders. I do like the shoes, but ordering them is just ridiculous.
