The shoes I received from China did not fit. I have tried to get a refund but no realistic option has been provided. I was offered a new pair in a larger size for an additional $30 odd dollars. From the day you receive the shoes you have 30 days to get a refund - they drag out the process for weeks and then provide a form andxrequire you to ship them to China at your cost. If they receivecthem in the 30 day window you can get a refund. In my case there is no way the shoes would make itvto China in that window. They are running a scam and the shoes are plastic pieces of crap. Buyer Beware
Do not buy. The most uncomfortable show I have ever tried on. The size runs quite a bit smaller than true fit. I tried returning even though they say 30 day money back guarantee, I am suppose to take a picture of the shoes and the packaging it came in before they decide if I can return them.
These are like toy shoes, not fit for real people. Thin soles, so thin you feel every stone you step on. Narrow toe box like a high heel toe box. Wore them once and threw them in the trash due to the seeming impossibility of returning them ( see other reviews)
I was to receive a second pair for free with the purchase of one pair. The second pair was the wrong size, too big It is 3 months later and I still haven't receive the second pair, the right size. I have emailed several times and Amber says I will get back with you I am not holding my breath. Horrible!!!!!! customer service. I can get shoes just as good elsewhere.
