ABSOLUTE RUBBISH. SCAM. The shoes DO NOT have a wide toe box. They DO NOT honour their return policy. They DO NOT have a good communication team for returns or refunds. I paid a hefty return postage months ago and now have stopped receiving emails in response to my requests and complaints. I rate ZERO stars. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this poor quality product that does not present as suggested in their advertising.
The shoes turned up and they are at least 3 sizes too small I can't even put them on. They did offer to send another pair at a substantial discount but I have no confidence that they would fit either. I will never ever buy shoes on line again. I would suggest other people do the same. I think I am better to cut my losses rather than pay to send them back.
shoes are not what the advertised says. Very low quality materials used and when they sent me the wrong size the return address was to china which is very costly. Very poor customer service , customer service takes for ever to get back to you and the company is a scam.
UPDATE #2: was told to put a specific headline for my email and guess what??? STILL NO RESPONSE!! So this is attempt #10 to get the shoes returned! I am out the $150 for the shoes and definitely want to warn others of this company! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! BUYER BEWARE!
Tried to return products for the guarantee me not working for you. Had to return to China. Still waiting after 2 months and they still haven't received them. Tracking shows held up in customs. They don't think it's there job to find out why. So far out $125.00 plus for the shoes and $ 70.00 for shipping. BIG RIP OFF - DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY
It took over two months for the shoes to arrive. Had I known they were coming directly from China, I wouldn't have ordered them in the first place. Once they finally did arrive, they were at least 4 sizes too small...apparently sizing is very different there, but I followed the sizing chart. Now it has been over a month, at least 9 emails later, and I am being offered a 20% refund on the shoes and Hike Balance wants me to pay to return them to China. Are you kidding?? I will not be a returning customer, nor will I recommend them to anyone. In fact, I will tell everyone to avoid HB.
