The shoes I ordered were too small. the size was not good and I wanted to exchange or better yet, return them. HikeBalance readily agreed to a return as long as I pay the shipping, which I agreed. The hitch: the return address was in CHINA and It would cost me $66 to return the shoes. A SCAM!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! SCAM!I ordered and paid for shoes on July 4, 2025. To date, I have no shoes and they state they do not refund your money…..ever. Instead they keep saying they will send two more pairs. BS! They have told me this three times. Don’t be the sucker I was.Brooks
